First time visiting the new location in Blackfalds, my friends took me here for my birthday. The service was excellent, the food was tasty and we had a great time. My friends had called ahead to ask if they could bring a cake in and they said that was fine. They gave us plates, spoons and even a serving tool. I can't wait to go back for breakfast.

We came in for an early supper. The place maybe only had 3 tables that were occupied. Our server was decent. Food was extremely slow… 45 minutes. Gravy for the fries was extremely bland and lumpy. My husband had a pasta dish with prawns, he said the prawns were rubbery and there were only 3 in the order. The old fashioned was far too sweet, too much simple syrup. One suggestion would be to fix the music situation it was super weird, almost like it was cutting out and at times like there were two songs on at once. It was annoying. We are hoping once the kinks are out we’ll try it again. It’s closer to home than the other pub we frequent across town.

Husband and I decided to try out this new restaurant in Blackfalds. We got there around 330. There were maybe 3-4 other tables taken shortly after we got there. It was Tuesday, so their tacos were $3 each. We ordered the chicken tacos and were glad they weren’t tiny, they were actually quite good. Tacos had some grilled chicken, lettuce, salsa, cheese and some sauce. We also ordered buffalo chicken poutine and donair poutine.I had the buffalo chicken poutine. I liked that the Buffalo chicken sauce was only on the chicken, the fries and chicken were crispy and there was just the right amount of gravy and cheese curds. My husband said he enjoyed his donair poutine. Food came out fairly fast.

Family dinner out. 6 people. All meals were fast and hot when arriving to table. Server was prompt and offered drinks before we finished our first round. Definitely would come back again for a enjoyable evening out. Only thing I would note is the lights were very bright. A bit of ambiance goes a long way.

Went on Thursday with some friends, and I will definitely be back. I had the beef dip and it was delicious! Meat was tender and seasoned perfectly! Not stringy and tough like a lot of places anymore. Price point was really good too! Lots of tables and it got really busy which was good to see. Our server was really nice and came back a few times to see how everything was. Overall a great experience!
