We purchased our hottub here, happy with our final selection. The sales person was patient and help us throughout the process as we were also building a deck around the new tub, so timing was also important. The spa was delivered by the team set into place, was cleaned, lid and lifter installed ready to go. Water was delivered and hottub would not run properly. The service department was excellent and sent out a very knowledgeable repair and service person. Our electrician had wired the spa incorrectly. It was rectified and small repairs were done to outside of tub. Second service call was that spa pack was tripping the hydro off. Again another excellent service person came out, the heater needed to be replaced. Ordered and installed within 3 weeks. Love my hottub with 68 jets very therapeutic as I have some back issues with age amd am in the spa everyday. The hottub people continue to advise and help us always with ideas, education and or service as needed. The best service team you will ever get, Jay and Tony from service in the field are great and knowledgeable and trustworthy to look after your spa and property. Team Dan, from the Peterborough location were very helpful. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. They came to the site, installed the tub and cleaned up. They paid attention to every detail. I would highly recommend them. I felt bad for them because I was concerned about them hurting their backs as they were a team of 3. They could have used one more person in my opinion. All in all, we look forward for our newly installed tub.

Huge thanks to Tony the tech who did a great job replacing our pumps and some other fix ups today. Fast, friendly and skilled work. Also thanks to the Service Supervisor Breanna for managing everything and getting it all covered under warranty. Very happy with the customer service which has improved significantly. I bought a Wellis Hot Tub from Gus at the Oshawa Store. They gave me a great price with many extras to get started. The tub is very attractive and is working great; even though delivery was delayed because of inventory issues. However their delivery team did a fabulous job of getting it up onto my deck; through a very narrow stairway without incident. Concrete pads are highly recommended for an elevated wooden deck.
In all I’m very satisfied. Thankyou.

Absolutely the worst after purchase service I’ve ever experienced. They book service calls and don’t show up. When they do show up, they don’t fix the issue and then don’t reply when you follow up. We purchased a swim spa.. it arrived with cracks in 3 of the exterior panels.. it’s now been almost 2 years and they still not replaced them.. all they keep saying is they are on order. The Bluetooth doesn’t connect, the tech said he fixed it, of course when I get home and try it, it doesn’t work. Now the heater keeps saying it’s overheating, tech says it’s a programming error, says he reprogrammed it and it all works… 2 weeks later, the same error message..Try to contact them and no reply for weeks! They finally reply and say they’ve booked us in for Oct 22nd.. what a surprise, no one shows up, no call to inform us.
My recommendation is to stay away, make your purchase elsewhere.

Two stars because I am happy with my specific hot tub but I thoroughly regret selecting this dealer to purchase my tub from. We had a terrible experience from the beginning to the end. Good luck getting a hold of anyone because they avoid your calls and messages. From the day I selected my tub to the day my issues were eventually resolved it took nearly 5 months of chasing their sales rep and services team. I do not recommend buying a tub from here.

Worst service ever. More than 12k for a hot tub 2y ago. Both pump problem. Call them for service and they showed up more than 20 days after call. Came to my house and did nothing. I had to pay for another service even if mine still under warranty. Worst, worst and worst after service...

Maybe they should hire better technician. I paid another technician from Trenton Hottub haulers, told me that both pump were at fault.

Even if I put a comment here and say out loud what the concern is. Owner don't even care

Both pump still have ́problem at this time... Sometime pumps overheat. They can easily fix the problem by changing both pump...
