I stayed at the hotel last weekend and had a wonderful experience at your stunning Hotel. They are under new management now. Although I have enjoyed my stay in the past, there now is a much easier check in and lots of attention to our needs ( thank you Barbara). We brought our dog again and had a beautiful view of downtown Smiths Falls from our balcony. I also left my phone charger and Barbara responds very quickly to my emails and has already got it ready to send to me. I will continue to stay at the hotel in the future and very highly recommend them in the future.

Beautiful boutique style hotel located right on the Main Street of smiths falls. Walking distance to the locks and all the dining and shopping the town has to offer.
The hotel itself was exceptional. Very clean, very comfortable. Excellent customer service from the owners. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

We stayed at the Hotel Rideau for a week in May. What a lovely place! Spacious and very clean suites, with all amenities needed. The hotel is in a perfect location downtown with lots of parking. Barbara the manger is also very sweet, she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend Hotel Rideau for your stay in Smiths Falls.

I chose to stay here instead of Ottawa and it was a great decision. A great place to stay, as it is close enough to Ottawa for my day trips with a much more peaceful and quiet area for the evening. Hotel was wonderful, very clean (spotless). parking and check-in was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Really enjoyed staying here for a few months while I was in town for work. Really enjoyed my room and its ability to make fresh cooked meals in the kitchen. Bars, coffee shops and stores within walking distance was nice also. Thanks again Barb, will be back again!

The accommodation was terrific! Very clean, comfortable and updated; the full kitchen had everything we needed. There really isn’t service but the checkin is very easy and allows for early or late arrivals. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the canal trails, which are beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

We spent the weekend at this beautiful hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is top knotch!! The room was very clean, and the beds are so comfy. Will definitely stay again.
