I just finished a relaxation massage with Noelle, and I would recommend her to anyone. I don't like to talk during a massage - just relax and enjoy. Not only does she have a soothing presence, and soft but firm hands, she is also very good at reading the room. 10/10.

I went there for a pedicure thinking that since it’s $130 it would be the most luxurious 60 minute pedicure. I’m not sure why the reviews are so good for this place. They did the absolute bare minimum. The nail polish isn’t put on evenly there are so many spots that are darker than others, the shape of my nails wasn’t even and they didn’t even do any type of leg massage or foot massage for longer than 1 minute. The person I was with also got one and they just put oil on his feet and left the room for 15 minutes saying it’s a time saver because he’s not getting polish but they could have buffed his nails or completed a massage or something useful for what you pay for. If you look closely they didn’t even take off all of my previous nail polish. They did the bare minimum and it was the worst pedicure I have ever had. For two terrible pedicures it cost $250 and honestly I would never recommend anyone going there for nails.

I really enjoyed my massage with Jan. He is very kind and respectful making sure my appointment matched my expectations. Jan is an RMT so I was able to claim the treatment through my benefits while still getting the luxury of the relaxing lounge & clean showers!

Went for a pedicure and it was so relaxing! she was super careful and did a great job on painting my toe nails. I will definitely be returning for another pedicure!

Highly, highly recommend getting a relaxation massage from Andrea! This was my very first time ever going into a spa, and my experience was one to remember! The moment I stepped foot in the spa, I instantly felt relaxed and so comfortable. The staff are soothing and very kind. The atmosphere was serene. I left feeling tremendous. I will definitely be returning again very soon! Thank you.

UPDATE: Since my initial post, the lspa has ordered in inclusive robes and so has inclusive sizes for us bigger folk.

If you are larger than a 2x or size 20 this spa is not for you. This unfortunately is not a size inclusive place, I have been going to this spa regularly for more than a year and on 3 different occasions when I have received spa services that require me to use their robes I have left feeling worse than when I arrived, i have asked on each of these occasions through tears that larger robes be made available to accommodate all of their clientele and each time i try again i am sadly disappointed to find they are still not offering size inclusive robes, unfortunately for the last time today, and i say unfortunately because the women who work here and provide spa services are fantastic, its just so unfortunate that the manager for whatever reason doesn't appear to see the value in being an inclusive service provider enough to buy a few larger robes...

What my body needed. Was followed by a facial and pedicure by Noel and they were so relaxing. Fantastic experience. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and it was exactly what I needed to prepare for the chaos that is coming!

Booked a couple's massage for my boyfriend and I. We had Jan and Nicky - both were amazing! We agreed they were the best massages we had ever received (and we have been trying to find good ones - unfortunately we live in BC and cannot continue to go here!) Mine was mostly relaxation but I asked Nicky to work out any knots she found, she was incredible. My boyfriend said Jan had great pressure and really helped with the pain in his back that has built up from work.

Staff were very friendly and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious 🙂 If we are ever in the area again, we will surely come back!
