One of the worst experiences I have ever had. When I was checking in I had to wait outside of the door for 8 mins until someone let me in.

The hallways are a mess. Garbage had been sitting on the floor in bags outside other people's rooms for my entire stay. I don't know when the hallways were vacuumed last... The cable box didn't work in my room.

The pool had garbage around it and no towels were stocked.

Overall extremely disappointed the hotel itself is beautiful but the staff are unhelpful and lazy. If you are going to stay somewhere I recommend the Canalta hotel. I moved back as soon as they were open again after the holidays and I have never had a problem with them.

Really enjoyed my stay here! We stayed for 3nights and it was really nice! Everything was clean and cozy! My only complaint was the pool was way too cold and the slide was not working. But other than that it was nice.

without a doubt the rudest front desk staff ever, this guy will put you on hold unattended for ten minutes plus, will hang up on you, is beligerant. rooms cold as hell, stale mufins in the breakfast. all in all a not great stay mainly from the rude front desk staff to spoil it.

The hotel was booked full and I found that the hotel was very quiet as well very comfortable to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean, breakfast room was clean as well. Beds and pillows were perfect. I recommend this home away from home hotel.

We came to St. Paul for a baseball tournament. 3 teams were hosted at the Landing and the hotel and staff were fabulous. Located right beside Canadian Tire, Shoppers, Sobeys and Edo we were able to easily access all of our needs. We loved the cleanliness of the new rooms, how kind the staff was despite being busy with 50+ kids. Swimming pool had towels, floors and messes were cleaned quick, service and requests for late check-out were kindly granted for us all. Breakfast was kept replenished and clean- no doubt a feat for a day with so many families. Excellent stay!

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, & fun! Stayed there over the weekend and they over booked my suite! But they were fantastic about offering us a different room! The kids enjoyed the pool and the rooms were very spacious! The staff were fantastic! Thank you for making the 2024 Soccer Provincials enjoyable.

Staying at this hotel was a nightmare if I could rate zero star I would, I spent so much money this weekend just to get a headache would not recommend very unorganized, zero communication skills with guests and coworkers, TVs don’t work in most rooms, wifi is slow, staff is rude and kinda racist won’t let kids swim in the pool, if one of the kids is not on the list then they will have to pay 80$ to swim for just two hours. They made me get an extra room just so my sons can swim. So in four days I was in 4 different rooms , I had to wait 4 hours one day just to get switched into a new room and then the tv/wifi didn’t work. Also Had to wait 2 days for the spa suite to get cleaned and once I got in the room the jacuzzi hot tub didn’t even work the power button was broken. There is never anyone at the front desk for assistance. The location is terrible unless you like shoppers, Dollarama and Canadian tire that’s about it. The staff get mad about water getting on the floor when you leave the pool it’s like walking on egg shells in this hotel. Waffle machine wasn’t working for breakfast worst get away ever.
