Truly a home away from home! Our one bedroom suite was well appointed with nice bedding, towels and all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable! The unit was pristine and tastefully decorated. The location of the Laundry Rooms is perfect for access to restaurants, the theatre and downtown. Fantastic value for the money!

This place exceeded my expectations especially booking very last minute. This place was cute with the tables and couches. Loved that they had provided cooking utensils and plates/cups etc if needed. The bed was so comfortable. It was like a little apartment. I really liked the amount of space i got compared to traditional hotel rooms. Def would stay here again if i got to come back.

We checked in on April 10 for a wedding. It was strange to check in electronically at first. The space was bright, clean and very inviting. Location was amazing. Unfortunately the weather wasn't allowing too much exploration. This area would be incredible to explore in nicer weather. Would love to come back for another stay.

We loved our experience at the Laundry Room! We stayed within the Gaslight district, walked to the French restaurant ended with a drink at Foundry. Perfect overnight girls weekend- went for brunch at the Mill next morning. The entire place was so clean, modern decor, coffee available next morning. The building was beautiful and we had access to underground parking. It was just two of us and we felt very safe. We’ll define back in the summer and hit some patios next time !

Words cannot express just how qppreciqtive I am of the exceptional service I received from this amazing find. When my daughter told me where she had booked for me to stay, I did not know what to expect. I was nervous that there was no front desk. All fears vanished after reaching out as the Laundry Room staff provided me with someone to greet me and numbers to reach them with any concerns. The place was perfect for me and my grandson to spend the week. Thank you for such great care and help, even bringing down to me, a few forgotten items. I recommend 100%. Huge shout out to Mandy, the building manager. You're the best!

Fantastic accommodations. Can’t even explain how tranquil and beautiful the space was from the moment we entered… spotless, perfectly appointed with all amenities, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Great location… enabled us to visit the gaslight district for dinner and drinks only steps away. Can’t wait to return!

My nephews wedding was this weekend. I had never heard of the laundry room air b&b. The condo was very clean, modern and esthetically pleasing. We stayed Friday, Saturday and check out was at 11:00 this morning. The venue, accommodation and restaurants were all a short distance from the suite. Everything was digital...from booking to reservation and parking confirmation and digital key. I'm not very savvy with digital systems, the Laundry room made it easy. Through text emails and finally a phone call. Easy ready. I would definitely come back.
