Wish I could give 50 stars ⭐️ In-house coffee shop with a cafe in a bookstore.

Our first choice for lunch was closed so we last minute searched & found this gem ?

First visit during the week at lunchtime.

Busy but not over crowded. We were seated right away. The service & food were great but the atmosphere was everything.

We ordered: chicken salad sandwich, cauliflower rice bowls & Mac n cheese. Each were 10/10.

The books are all donated so if you see one you’d like, you can take it.

The people here are AMAZING. Simply amazing and completely attentive to everything we needed. I wish I got all of their names because they were absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious. Beer cheese and pretzel for me and a sandwich for my wife. Took a piece of peach pie and a chocolate muffin home for later.

Super LGBTQ+ Friendly and welcoming to all. Cool atmosphere, too. Plenty of outdoor seating if you want it. Bathroom was clean, as well.

The name captured my attention, the books made me stay. LOL. What a great place. The walls are lined with shelves of books - customers can pull any book from the shelf and take home. A book lovers dream come true. And the food was pretty good too. We had the Reuben -

I was completely blown away by this restaurant! From the friendly staff who knew all of the regulars’ names to the comforting atmosphere, plus all of the books ling the walls (that are donated and free for the taking, by the way!), this little bistro was wonderful. Would definitely come back if I am ever in the area again!

STOP HERE!! Get the biscuits. Actually, all the food was good so you can get anything. Fun building/atmosphere. Delicious food. Friendly wait staff. And then I got to keep a book at the end! So it was awesome. Highly recommend. Would stop in again in a heart beat!!

I didn't think that this neat little breakfast place would be open as early as the payed hours said, but it actually was, and it was such a fun place. Even met the mayor of International Falls ? . They said they had good water in this town so after breakfast they were nice enough to fill a couple water bottles for me. What a neat little place, definitely visit The Library if you're in International Falls.

Stopped in for lunch and everything was just amazing. My daughter got the pretzels and I got the brisket dip and I would recommend both. The restaurant js so neat, I’ve never been in anything like it. We’re planning on stopping for breakfast on the way home.
