Tonight was my second experience at Musterpoint and definitely my last. Grossly understaffed both times I’ve been here. The waitress was very nice but clearly had far too many tables to serve. I had my order taken and then she never came back to me again, but managed to make it to other members of our table twice. Deep fried pickles were cold and over cooked. Garlic Parmesan wings were flavourless with a bit of cheese sprinkled on the paper the wings came on.

The place wasn't busy, but food took about an hour and a half and arrived cold and soggy. Asked for a water multiple times long after the drink I paid for was empty and never received it. The bathroom wasn't clean and had a stinky definitely soiled pair of underwear. The one star earned here was because of the good tasting gravy served despite it being cold enough to have gained a skin over the top of it.

Great pub, with awesome food and drinks.
Every night is wing night! The servers are awesome and very friendly and always have a smile. Definitely recommend it.

Only place you'll find good food that's close to that of the food on the east coast! Cold lake has a very bland pallet when it comes to food, outside mamacitas, the chinese restaurants, and jonny waffles there isn't much outside burgers and fries.

In comparison to the two new opened restaurants (bistro/memphis) Id say it tied for me with memphis, both are delicious. (bistro might be to your taste, but i dont think they know what bistro means so, heads up its not a traditional bistro.

Good selection, friendly staff, clean establishment.

OMG, this was a place I thought was just going to be the usual sports bar and serve the same old fare NOT, totally blown away, the food was home made and top tier on flavor, i had a burger which was extremely good and my coworker had fish and chips and he said it was great and the portion sizes are filling to say the least, I have started recommending this place to everyone, just give it a try, you'll like it a lot and if you dont it's because you lost your dam tastebuds or something.
