My husband purchased a gift card for me for Christmas. It was for a manicure and a pedicure. I went yesterday and I really enjoyed my experience. The staff was very nice however, when I went to pay, I was charged for tax. I have received many gift cards for manicure and pedicures, and I have never ever had to pay for tax. It was all included in the gift card as that is pretty embarrassing for someone to buy someone a gift yet they still have to pay for it. I was willing to pay for the tax as it was only $7.50, but it was the principal that they would do this to their customer. you would think they would charge the person purchasing the gift card, the tax not the person receiving the gift card. When I spoke to my husband about it, he said he paid the tax when he purchased a gift card, so it was quite upsetting that they were trying to charge me tax as well. I was also charged for a manicure and a pedicure however, I just received the pedicure and my daughter received paint on her nails and toes. There was no manicure done however I was still charged for a manicure. I recommend not buying gift cards from here and instead just using cash. After I explained myself and aid how I think it is wrong for them to do business that way the manager said he wouldn’t charge me the tax.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Mary at The Nail Pro for over 15 years. My experience has been consistently outstanding. She is incredibly skilled and attentive, always ensuring that each visit is enjoyable and relaxing. The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming. Her attention to detail, whether it’s in her nail art or overall service, is unmatched. I bring her inspiration pictures and she is always able to meet and exceed my expectations. I never have issues with my shellac chipping and if I do something to cause any damage to my nails, she will repair it happily. The salon is clean and well maintained. I have never had any issues with my nails in my years of service there. I do recommend making an appointment as they can be busy in the evenings. I wouldn’t and haven't trusted my nails with anyone else.

Was alittle pricey but I was vary happy, vary gentle with my small hands, my fingers were not hurting by the time I left like most places from rough fileing. They made sure my skin wasnt sticking to the corners of the gel and they didnt push my cuticles up so far that it left a gap. I'm really happy with the outcome, they are confterble and vary beautiful. I didn't feel like they were rushing, they took their time and it made a difference with the finished look and feel.

Not only do they always manage to accommodate me promptly, but they also deliver the exact nail treatment I request without fail. What sets them apart, though, is the genuinely friendly nature of the staff. Their warm and welcoming manner truly adds to the overall experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this outstanding salon to anyone in search of top-notch nail care.

The space is large, light, clean and always staffed. Danny ensures all clients can be accommodated in a timely manner and provides great customer service. He even called me right at the time of my appointment when I was running a few minutes late to check that I was still coming. Tammy knew what she was doing when it came to my meticulous bio-gel refill. The colour I wanted was almost empty and she still made it work. Living my best Barbie dream. I will be back!

Service is great. They stick to schedule. However I almost had a heartattack when I finished my nails and he said 55 dollars for my acrylic fill. I mean the nails are beautiful I just didn't know it was so pricy for a design.

I recently had a manicure, and it was better than I expected. My nails feel so much better now that I've taken care of my cuticles and had a nice bath. Overall, it was a good experience because of the professional and friendly service.

Scammers quote one price over the phone but after finishing work, they charge you double. My feet were still felt the same after their service. Old Chinese lady did the worst job i ever experienced and have the nerve to charge almost $200
