I visited the spa for a neck and back massage after experiencing a minor sprain from a recent workout, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Naomi was absolutely incredible—she skillfully worked out the knot I had and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. Even with only 30 minutes, I felt noticeable relief and was able to move my neck freely again without pain.

The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, and the spa itself was impeccably clean and calming. I highly recommend not only the massage services but any treatment offered at this spa. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I tried two other salons in Maple Ridge and the results don’t compare to Nailist! Nancy and Naomi helped me pick the right colour from my inspos and had good attention to detail. I love how my nails came out.

recently tried a Japanese hair spa that included a head massage, facial, and overall massage. The total cost came to 151 CAD, thanks to a discount that was going on at the time.

The Experience:
• The entire session lasted 90 minutes, but honestly, I felt relaxed only for about 20 minutes—mainly during the time the face pack was applied.
• The facial consisted of just a scrub and face mask. There was a brief 5-minute facial massage, but the rest of it felt like basic cleansing and product removal. There was also some sort of red light treatment, but it didn’t feel very impactful.only annoying was when she used shampoo on my face too .

• The head massage was better. It started with an exfoliating treatment, followed by shampoo, conditioner, serum, and finally a serum used during the blow-dry. The steps were thorough, and this part felt more professional.

Ambience & Setup:
• The setup was not very professional—just a basic bed with some covers laid out awkwardly. It didn’t feel like a spa environment.

Overall:

I wouldn’t go back. I’ve had a much better experience in Vancouver, where I paid around 300 CAD but the quality and professionalism were on a completely different level.
If you’re just looking for a decent head massage, this might be okay. But for a full spa experience, it’s not worth the money.

I have been getting my nails done by Nancy since 2021 and she is absolutely amazing! My nails always turn out so beautiful! The salon is so clean and everyone is always so kind, warm and welcoming🥰 Always in love with my nails every time I visit!

All the girls here are extremely skilled, patient, and beyond kind. Nancy always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and her creative suggestions always turned out amazing. The end result? Absolute perfection. My nails always look stunning and I receive non-stop compliments every time 🥹 Not to mention the studio is always super clean and sanitary which i appreciate!

I have seen Naomi for facials and Layla for eyebrow service. Both are beyond outstanding at what they do. Honestly my skin has never felt and looked so great. Naomi makes sure i feel comfortable throughout the whole process and will go above and beyond. I have had many previous bad experiences getting my brows done elsewhere, and i can guarantee Layla takes her time and makes sure they are perfect before you leave.

I cannot recommend this studio enough, you will leave feeling beautiful and confident 🩵

My first time going here for my nails and they were amazing. Warm greeting, coffee and an excellent nail technician! Literally couldn’t ask for more. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she recreated it perfectly! Will definitely be back, loved my experience!
