Très belle et grande maison ancestrale. Grand patio invitant et belle vue. Nous avons passé une nuit avec deux bébés de 3 ans et moins. L’hôte Jonathan a été vraiment acceuillant avec nous et nos enfants. Il y a des jeux à l’extérieur et un grand terrain pour courir et quelques petits jeux aussi à l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des produits locaux. Nous recommandons cet endroit autant pour un couple qu’une petite famille.

L'endroit n'est pas jeune mais assez bien entrenu. L'intérieur est de toute beauté. La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse vraiment exceptionnelle. Les chambre sont très belle et contiennent tout ce qu'il faut. Le déjeuner était très bien. La vue sur le golf et sur la vallée et le lac plus bas est de toute beauté. Nous avons très aimé l'endroit et allons y retourner lors d'une prochaine visite.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the New Glasgow Inn! The location is convenient, very short drives to Cavendish and scenic lighthouses and beaches. The breakfast was excellent and my food restrictions were accommodated thoughtfully. The room was comfortable, clean, and decorated charmingly. Would stay again!

The New Glasgow Inn was a great base for a family vacation. High marks also for value and affordability, proximity to good restaurants (PEI Preserve Company and the Mill), and outdoor space. Perfect for those who prefer a character property to a hotel chain. Decorations in some of the rooms a little quirky but common spaces are comfortable and cosy. The hardwood floors and central staircase are beautiful. The included breakfast was great and set us up for a day of adventures around the island. Access to a common kitchen facilities made prepping snacks and a few lunches to go a possibility. The innkeeper is laid back, kind, and helpful. We appreciated the background info on the property provided by Jonathan and his uncle who was helping out. If this property is available for your trip, we would strongly recommend booking it.

Stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Jonathan is truly an accommodating and gracious host. Lots of very good restaurants near the inn and it’s a great jumping off point for numerous island attractions. We also liked that the breakfast menu items were locally sourced and delicious.

The most comfortable bed and best sleep I have had on this month long adventure. I stayed 3 nights but wish I could have stayed the entire time. Jonathan, Innkeeper extraordinaire, is a genuine, kind human. He sources a nice variety of local yummy products for breakfast. Lovely teas and delicious fresh brewed coffee along with a choice of juices round out the beverage offerings.

This was the most beautiful stay I’ve had in a while! The rooms were great, the house is incredible and shared spaces were so cozy! My best friend and I booked a weekend and by luck we got the house to ourselves for a night! We made ourselves at home and toured the building and had a relaxing night on the deck with the most beautiful views! Johnathan was incredibly polite and courteous, and always thinking of our comfort! He also made the best breakfast for just the two of us! Being younger women it was very nice to have Johnathan check in throughout the days to ensure we got to our destination safely and be sure we had all the knowledge and resources we could to have the best and safest vacation. If I had the time I would be back again this summer! I’ve already recommended this place to many, and I will be returning someday! Perfect B&B in every way. Wonderful unique building, very helpful and friendly host and a great continental breakfast with locally made preserves, granola, bread, etc. The small kitchenette can be used by guests as well as living rooms. The rooms each have an individual theme and are spacious and really nice. Jonathan (the host) goes out of his way to provide a comfortable stay. Absolutely recommend this place! If you golf, the next golf course is just up the road and the Inn overlooks part of the course.
