This is a classy restaurant where the seating is thoughtfully arranged to maintain privacy. No matter the size of your group, there’s a well-suited space and setup for everyone.

The staff are extremely polite and professional. From the moment you arrive, you’re warmly welcomed and guided as needed.

I visited during a weekday lunch and had no issues choosing where to sit. However, I imagine it could get quite busy on weekends, so a reservation might be necessary then.

The atmosphere is excellent — the wall art, beautiful chandeliers, unique tables and chairs, and the right number of staff all contribute to the vibe.

As for the food, the dish I ordered could have been better in both taste and portion. I gave the food 4 stars because the environment has the potential to offer a truly top-tier dining experience. It's already very good and could easily become exceptional. That said, this was just my experience with one dish — other items on the menu may be outstanding.

My family and I had a fantastic night out at The Old Spaghetti Factory last Sunday, arriving around 5 PM. We were seated and ready to order within 5-10 minutes, which was a great start. I ordered my go to dish, the spaghetti with spicy meat sauce and added meatballs, it's the only thing I ever get, and it never disappoints. The sauce has just the right kick without being too spicy, and it always hits the spot. The unlimited warm, crusty bread is a highlight, and we couldn’t stop asking for more! The service was impeccable, with no complaints whatsoever. The atmosphere has that charming, old world feel that makes every visit special. My kids love the food too, and they were thrilled with their meals. This place is a family favorite, and we’ll keep coming back for more pasta dinners!

Pasta was good, not exactly “takes you back to Italy” good, but it hit the spot. The real star here was the decor, loved the old-school vibe, like eating in a charming vintage movie set.

We sat next to this intense turban guy in a giant portrait (Prince Kar-Mi or something?) who looked like he was trying to hypnotize us. And honestly... it worked. We ordered more food than planned and tipped extra. So yeah, the service was great, but we also might’ve been under a mild magical spell.

Just be careful where you sit, he’s got powers.🍝🧿

Delicious food! Lots of good options with something for everyone. The 3 course deal with free coffee or tea is amazing. Excellent service, cozy atmosphere, the drinks a good too.

tl;dr It’s not bad. Be happy. I’m in Italy as I write this.

Haters gonna hate. I’ve been doing this awhile. I’ve travelled around and have had my share of good food. I’m literally in Italy and we ate this as my last family gathering meal before we left.

Having spent a week here now, I’m gonna say it. Spaghetti Factory is actually not some disfigured caricature of Italian food. It actually works on its own merits.

Maybe in Florence it will be the last kid you pick in your football team. But in Rome?

There’s a large consensus that Rome food is actually not that great. People expect to come to Italy thinking omg I’m gonna taste something magical because the chefs have long-held, closely guarded secrets passed down from nonna to nonna that can only be enjoyed here. But it’s not true. Rome was a backwater dirt poor village until the 1800s. So while Paris and Florence were basking in glory and riches (and as a result yummy food), Romans ate cacio e pepe because that’s all they had, not because it was the culinary delight of the world (regardless of what Instagram wants you to think).

Spaghetti Factory is not "authentic" and I don’t think it’s meant to be. It’s better. North American Italian (Roman) food is arguably light years more advanced than Roman Italian food, all things considered.

So enjoy that spaghetti with meatballs without dreaming you’re in Italy. What you’re eating here is unique on its own.

What else. Plating of the soup was sloppy af. Everything else was enjoyable.

Had such a lovely time at The Old Spaghetti Factory! The food was delicious—my pasta was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
The sides were great too, especially the warm bread and soup that came with the meal.
Our server was super friendly and made the experience even better.
