Après un accueil chaleureux nous avons pris possession de notre petit chalet pour une nuit près de Ucluelet. L'endroit est un peu à l'écart, très tranquille et presque sauvage, entouré de forêts. Oubliez le wifi et même le portable : ici on déconnecte de tout et c'est bien agréable. |Le chalet est très bien aménagé et on s'y sent très vite comme chez soi. Belle salle de bain, coin cuisine et petit salon sympas. Chambre avec lit confortable.|Ucluelet est à 5 min en voiture. Je recommande fortement cette adresse.

Nous avons pris le Wick loft, charmant loft (mais très grand) correctement équipé avec vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur. Il y a un BBQ dehors sur la terrasse. ||||Les propriétaires sont très agréables et nous ont conseillé de belles balades à proximité.||Charmant endroit bien au calme et dans un beau jardin.

The Outside Inn in Ucluelet is an absolute gem—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful forest just minutes from the ocean. Kat and Jay were incredible hosts who went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. We felt so welcome and looked after from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to book again for next year’s adventure!

Our family loves it here. We stayed in the newly converted garage which was very comfortable for our adult family of 5. The rooms are clean and well cared for. the location is a few miles out of Ucuelet. the more remote setting off the main highway gives the location a true sense of tranquility. You are best to have a vehicle to get into town or to the surf beach. The owners were absolutely delightful. They were very helpful getting us set up for surfing with local rentals and lessons. If you want a clean, quiet, relaxed, and affordable place stay, this lovely family run business is the place for you. Great for couples or families.

Booked this room last minute and I loved every minute! It was the semi-detached loft and it was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the whole loft was super cozy. Jay was very friendly upon arrival and we also had surf lessons with him which I highly recommend (Endless Ride). Wish we could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful and nice.

We stayed in coastal cabin 1 with our two young kids and it was awesome! Check in was easy, the cabin was cozy, clean and warm which was welcome after walking in the brisk ocean air! The shower was great too! Comfy beds. we will definitely be back!

My friend and I stayed in Cabin 1 at the Outside Inn this past weekend, and loved it! The bedroom was very clean, the blankets nice and warm, the kitchen and bathroom were both clean and had everything we needed, the couch big and soft, and there was even a TV so we could play some video games on a console we had brought. There was even a very friendly brown dog who wandered by at one point. 🙂 Very friendly and helpful host, too. Quiet and relaxing, and only a few minutes drive from town. Perfect.

Terrible customer service. We can’t recommend staying here. ||We were refused our booking as our only mode of transport is a small (transit size) English campervan, smaller than most North American trucks. The reason being that we might sleep in the van or make breakfast in the van (despite paying for a room in the cabin). If we wanted to do that we’d obviously stay in a campsite. We offered to park as far away from the property as possible with the vehicle still being in a safe place. We also asked if there was anywhere nearby we could park it safely offsite to ensure that we would not “sleep and cook breakfast” in it, however we did not receive a reply. ||It was out of courtesy that we asked if there was room to park the van. There is no mention of specific vehicle requirements when booking. We could have just booked the property and I guess would have been refused entry on arrival. ||We own holiday rentals ourselves back home and would never refuse accommodation due to our guests vehicles. ||This is all the more frustrating as my brother is visiting from the UK and wanted to surf in the area. ||As previously stated, based on our experience, we think the service is terrible and we can’t recommend considering staying here. We currently live in our camper and have travelled across North America occasionally staying in different properties due to extreme weather or well deserved rest bite and have never been refused. We are very disappointed.
