The wood-fired pizza here is absolutely amazing! The dough is so flavourful.
The sauce, cheese, and veggies are all perfectly combined, and the garlic oil adds a delightful kick.

The best part is that you can add as many toppings as you want. Mr. Young was super friendly and helpful.

I can’t wait to come back on Wednesday!

Great little bakery just outside of Bracebridge. Been dropping in for bread for years. Recently tried their pizza and was not disappointed. Fresh made in the wood oven while you wait. Good selection of ingredients and generous portion of toppings. Small dining area outside. Cash or e-transfer. Staff are friendly and the vibe of the place just feels right.

The pizzas are amazing, and the bakery items are fantastic. Best butter tarts in the Muskokas, their English muffins are perfect and their bread is top notch.

I’ve never had anything from here that wasn’t absolutely fantastic.

The pizza was great! Very thin crust at the bottom, lots of cheese. We picked it up on the way back to our cottage so by the time we got back it was cool -no fault of theirs, a 30mins drive will do that.

We also got a loaf of sourdough which was delicious and fresh.

Prices are on the high side but its supporting a small business. Would recommend stopping in and trying out their pizzas and breads.

As previously said, make sure to bring cash or debit card.

Ohhh my GOODness! Today was our first visit, and definitely not our last. We walked in at 6:50 (they close at 7) without hesitation they said it was no problem to fill our order. 2 pizzas one tomato based the other garlic oil YUMMMM! Fresh ingredients, amazing crust! We were given a banana walnut loaf to start our day tomorrow.

Very delicious! The Oven makes yummy pizzas that have a very thin bottom and crust made from chewy dough. Pictured here are the Valerie (with green arugula) and the Vegan. My wife is very particular on her food and is also a very good cook and she absolutely loved the Vegan. The pizzas are about medium in size so one person may eat anywhere from half to a whole. At $23 each, the pizzas are a splurge purchase.

Presumably to cut down on overhead or other challenges/headaches with a point-of-sale machine, the business accepts cash or has you etransfer payment and relies on an honour system for you to pay. The kitchen is well run by friendly staff.

The day we went, there was sourdough bread that our family of four devoured.

Since The Oven is a popular place, order early and arrange for a later pick up time.

Very good pizza! We got the Smokin Muskokan with half mushrooms. Cute little place with a good amount of outdoor seating.

Service was pretty quick, 10 mins to have a pizza brought out to our table!

Would recommend and we will be back!

If you're reading this review, don't miss your opportunity to try the best pizza you'll likely ever experience. Our family feels great after eating it too, which is far from how we usually do after having a slice elsewhere. They were even kind enough to entertain my sons curiosity by going above and beyond. You can tell the staff are proud of where they work, and the product they offer, as everyone was upbeat with a smile. Keep up the great work, I hope to introduce all my family & friends to you over the years!
