We had no clue storm season was so busy in Tofino! We were very relieved when we found a room here and it turned out to be our favourite place we stayed. The room was clean and comfortable with modern finishes (and I’m fairly picky with cleanliness). It’s quiet and right off of the beach. Very affordable too! We are looking forward to coming back for a visit in the summertime.

The Point at Chesterman is a great spot for a surf getaway. We stayed for 6 nights in September and had a really fun and relaxing time. Favorite things: the location right across the street from North Chesterman Beach (absolutely ideal), the variety of surfboards for guest use (we surfed every day we were there and didn't have to hassle with rentals), the morning breakfast of power balls and fruit (so good we got the recipe), our laid back, friendly hosts who were very accommodating and let us extend our stay. The suites are peaceful and spacious with good light and ample storage. We stayed in one with a kitchenette and one without and both had fridges and kettles and heated floors. We liked them both equally. Highly recommended if you're looking to get away and do some surfing or just hang out at the beach. It felt like staying at a friend's beach house. We look forward to going back.

Loved our space at the Chesterman! Everything was good including the ocean access almost directly across the street along that wonderful path! Nikki the caretaker was so friendly and welcoming taking care of all of our needs as well as doing a wonderful job with the grounds. A stay is all about the people and how they make you feel and Nikki did a wonderful job beginning with her warm smile and her welcoming demeanor. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

Communication during booking was good initially. From the first point of contact we mentioned we wanted to stay for 3 nights. We were told there was availability on our dates for up to 4 nights. When we tried to go ahead and confirm our stay for the same 3 nights we mentioned at the start, we were ignored. A simple response saying they were looking for someone to stay for 4 nights or that it was no longer available would have been appreciated. Instead we were left wondering whether we needed to find alternative accommodation. Not great customer service and this has put me off wanting to stay here in the future unfortunately.

We stayed in the cottage on Howard Street, just 1 and 1/2 blocks from chesterman beach. Comfortable, clean and beautiful! Jocelyn was amazing, allowing us to check in early. Definitely recommend this place, a wonderful vacation spot and great folks.

This bnb has excellent location across the street from the best and most picturesque beach in Tofino! Friendly and helpful onsite hosts. The owner checks in occasionally through text which I found a really nice touch. Was very responsive to inquiries. A beautiful home and the room I stayed in had everything I needed. The west coast room has a mini fridge but no kitchen facilities which worked for me. Also has hot and cold outdoor shower for surfers. I highly recommend staying here!

We booked directly with the owner who is a very kind and helpful lady. The place was a perfect size for the two of us to use as a home base while we explored Tofino and the surfing. Decent breaks just a short walk away!

The Point is my favorite spot to stay and Jocelyn is an amazing host.
The place is always clean, convenient located and it even has a hot outdoor shower. 😊
