Very quick service at the pond. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Caesar salad was very good. Other dishes were extremely cheesy which isn’t a bad thing!

Service was great! But the food not so much. Mashed Potatoes had a grainy feeling and didn't really taste like potatoes, steak wad very fatty.
Husband got the donair and didn't really taste like donair meat.

Third times a charm - If I could give lower I would…first time had to send my order back because they were nuggets, not chicken fingers…second time ordered a pizza and I’m not lying when I say it was legit RAW the dough was not cooked, had to throw it out…third time these were my nachos……went back again to have them remade…second pic is them doing “better”

Nothing special, but it's decent for the price. They usually have a special on for 9.99$ for a 15 inch pepperoni pizza. However there's not much to it as I can eat three quarters of it myself in one sitting but I guess you get what you pay for when it's $10. There's quite a bit of pizza places in Truro and this place usually isn't on my map when it comes to picking up pizzas but they sent a coupon book in the mail so I decided to give it another try but it's just mediocre at best when it comes to pizza. The donairs are delicious but alot smaller compared to competition around truro. They should make a bigger size to compete with the rest, that's one of the only things holding me back from giving this place a higher star rating.

Ordered the party platter, everything was crammed into one small container and the deep fried food went soggy and slimy, food was not edible called and told them about it guy on the phone was not apologetic and said “next time you order it ask to put it in separate containers” and offered nothing else

The Pond is now a SWAMP. What a major disappointment. We will never be back here again. From burnt overcooked pizza to horrible customer service. I don’t like writing bad reviews on family owned businesses but how will they learn as they don’t seem to care. This place was in my own opinion went from being the best place in Truro for pizza to the absolute worst, just like that overnight. Don’t waste your family’s hard earned money here. Don’t know what happened.

Mediocre at best, boring menu, if you are going to do pizza and donair in this town you really need to go above and beyond because we have so many great choices. This isn't one of them....the appetizers we received showed me that and I didn't even have to order anything else. Best thing was the wings but you can get better wings still in town. Menu is full of world famous and best in town but it's a lie. It's cheaply made , under cooked and over cooked all at once. Don't bother...
