Ordered the calamari and fish and chips.

The calamari was too salty for me but my friend liked it so it evened out.

My friend got a burger and said something was a bit off but ate it. I am also a sucker and did not want to be rude but the fish seemed off and I got slightly food poisoned the next morning.

Atmosphere was nice but the Oilers lost (I don't blame provincial).

Manager was nice and did ask me how things were during our time but that is before I tasted the fish.

if the owners or managers do want reach out to me about this review please contact me as the service was good but the food, or suppliers, needs to be worked on.

Absolutely horrendous experience, steak sandwich was listed on menu as half price but was not. When I questioned waiter he responded they "round" u don't round my 11.88$ sandwich to 14$!!, A person at my table ordered a salad and in the salad was a long hair, when the issue was brought up to the waiter, he grabbed the hair, examined it, and said it was part of a vegetable and attempted to hand the plate back. The food was quite delicious but our server was not ideal, Just go to Boston pizza if u would like the same "vibe" of here.

Shocked to see bad reviews, as I have been here multiple times and have always had an amazing experience, which is why I keep coming back. I am certain any bad experience is not the norm here. We always sit at the bar and have the best time chatting with the servers/bartenders. Their drinks are top notch and the chef is truly amazing. Every dish is so flavorful and above and beyond. Awesome vibe too. Keep it up 🙂

Loved every second of being inside this Restaurant when I came in for a business meeting earlier this week! The customer service is over the top by literally all the staff members who work here. You can tell that they love working here and the GM Scott whom I met seems like he is doing a dynamite job in keeping his staff so happy to work here!

Can’t wait to come back in to try more of the menu items that they have to offer. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to eat anything except a soup due to me being super full from an earlier lunch meeting that day. The soups ordered were great and we both enjoyed it. Also the quality of everything in the surrounding restaurant in terms of atmosphere and paraphernalia on the walls etc are a breath of fresh air.

Once trying this place out for the first time anyone can easily see why it has so many regular customers who visit on a daily basis! Can’t wait to visit soon again.

Great joint - best wings I've had in a long time, and they made a really good Old Fashioned. Service was prompt and thoughtful. I hope they keep the neighbourhood pub vibe.

Huge hair in food and our waiter reached down and dug it out and proceeded to try and hand it back. Prices on the menu do not reflect what you are being charged. “half price steak sandwiches” originally 23.75 so that should be 11.88 but we were charged 14 dollars each for everyone at the table and when we brought it to the waiters attention he pretty much just gave a womp womp and waited for us to pay it anyway. sandwich tatsed food but service sucked. would not recommend.

I've been to The Provincial Kitchen & Bar a number of times now, but finally decided to leave a review. Every visit has been an excellent experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions when asked. Their menus are found at each table by scanning the QR code with your smartphone. The drinks are amazing . I highly recommend their Old Fashioned, it's probably the most flavourful one that I've ever had. Their cornflake fried chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious. The chicken was nice and crispy, flavourful and the coleslaw really complemented the sandwich. The fries were nicely seasoned, and the gravy was full of flavour. I highly recommend The Provincial and I'm looking forward to returning again soon.

Had the good fortune to hit the happy hour at The Provincial last Friday and ordered the steak sandwich. Excellent value $14!!! I really can't say enough about how Excellent this bad boy was!! The gravy is other worldly!! Staff are friendly and helpful. Took my son for the steak sandwich special, still amazing!!
