Amazing hospitality!
Came for a set of snowboard days and rented all my gear on site for a great price.
The people at the rental shop are absolutely lovely.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and immediately began the process of getting gear ready based off the series of questions I was being asked.
No more than 20 minutes and I was all set and ready for the slopes. My previous snowboarding experience probably helped the process quicker as I knew exactly what I was looking for.
Josh, who helped me out from the get go, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service and equipment. Rented equipment each day. They have all sizes, pros in setting you up with the right size.

Give me the wrong size of ski boots, it’s way too big and I can control my ski during my ski class, which is a bummer. This is the only thing I give the two star since it’s pretty important and logical for the store employees provide right fit for customer. Both for a safety check also a standard. Otherwise the equipment is pretty good and people are corroborating.

It took us an hour and a half to get our bikes then they gave us the wrong ones so we had to come back and it took us another hour to get the right ones 1 star

This review is for the repair shop. After injuring my ankle on the hill, I went to see if my binding was set-up properly. I can’t be effusive enough in my praise for the energetic, thoughtful, thorough and patient service provided by Eric at the front desk. Not only did he go through the whole binding setup to make sure it was appropriate for me, he took the time to explain every part of the mechanism in detail and how to adjust it in the future if needed. He made sure I was walking away equipped to be as safe as possible on the hill. Thanks again Eric for the most outstanding level of service possible.

This is a review for the repair shop. Antoine was absolutely amazing! We came in with broken bindings and not only did he quickly figure out the issue, but he even quickly fixed it!! We are so grateful, Antoine is quite the ski mechanic in figuring these issues out! He wasn't quite sure if it's possible to fix, but tried some things and managed! Thank you!
