Got a hair cut + dye and I absolutely love it. I was nervous going in as not only was it my first time getting my hair dyed, but I'd never been to a salon before, but that changed very fast, as all the staff are super friendly.
Shoutout to Emily who did a fantastic job as well as my friend for recommending me here, it's an amazing place. The staff are super nice and seem to really love what they do!
Definitely gonna become my new go-to for hair!

I always see Courtney for my eyebrows and lashes, she is such an amazing person and a great esthetician, she knew my wedding was coming up and made sure to give us extra time to really perfect the work she was doing, she even advised me to not get a lash lift service done, as it would make it harder to get false lashes on. I really appreciate that she put my needs over making profit from a service. My nieces/flower girls were also here for their hair for wedding day, i am not sure who worked on them but they did an amazing job, exactly as i had pictured it 🙂

I have been seeing Taylor for quite sometime now for mostly facials,and she is absolutely incredible! Always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is amazing at what she does! Can not say enough good things about her!

Sadly I’m disappointed with the curt cancellation phone call I just had with the staff at the retreat. I had called earlier today to book a wash and style for my teen who has a hand injury (still unknown if it’s a fracture- due to an ailing healthcare system) but when I got home, she was napping and lethargic, still in pain and wanted me to cancel. I called to confirm the cancellation had barely confirmed my name - and the receptionist seemed personally inconvenienced, curt and hung up on me after pausing, then saying “perfect I have that cancelled for you!”

Always the most professional and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience! I get all my waxing, hair and facials done here. If I'm travelling for work and have to go to someone else, I feel like I'm cheating on them. Lol

The Retreat is where my girl and I go to get our hair done. The ladies are always friendly. They almost always have some sort of sale on. Christmas time has the best deals. Karyssa is who does our hair. She’s friendly and is very good at her job. She makes sure you know what’s going on. There’s no surprises.

One time while my little girl was waiting for me, Karyssa brushed and braided her hair. She made my girl feel so special.

Oh and the scalp massage while getting your hair washed… amazing! Thanks.
