Five stars doesn't even cover it! Right off the bat, Kass was so excellent at making me feel at ease, even though I had never had any sugaring done before. Kass is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but also genuinely caring and attentive in a unique manner for each client. In her workspace, Kass even has a variety of fidgets to redirect your attention during the process, but if that's not your thing, Kass is hilarious and will keep the mood light! The sugaring process was quick the first time around, and keeps getting quicker for each follow-up! Most importantly, the results are absolutely amazing and my skin is always left in way better condition from sugaring than it was from shaving. Additionally, Kass takes the time to go over aftercare tips, and upon each visit checks in regarding how I'm feeling and what's working. I can confidently say I will NOT EVER be going back to shaving, Kass' sugaring services are worth every penny! Kassidy made my entire experience comfortable and easy. It was my first sugaring appointment and I didn’t know what to expect, but from the moment I walked in to the moment I left she made me feel so taken care of. Nurturing and tender, she was such a breath of fresh air in the aesthetic industry. As an energy worker, the vibes of a building means something to me and The Hive as a whole was so accepting, lovely and warm. Not the usual salon energy, and I was grateful.
