This was my first time coming to the spa. Jessica did my facial and eyebrows for me. She did and excellent job and was very warm and welcoming. The ambiance was very relaxing and the spa itself was very clean. The prices are very fair for the services they are offering and the products used for my facial were very nice. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend!

From start to finish my day was excellent. I had called in last minute (day before) to request added services & was accommodated with ease. Amanda is so sweet, kind & accommodating. Michelle went above & beyond to make my experience perfect. Jessica was beyond patient. Fitting me in while my hair was processing. I am so happy to have found all of you.

Gotta say, I had another wonderful experience this morning! Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Marika and, in less than five minutes, was escorted to my chair by Emily, who was amazing. She did a lovely job on my pedicure while, at the same time, demonstrating professionalism, product knowledge, great skills, and a warm sense of humor. Exchanged some laughs with Amanda, who went out of her way to ensure my every need was met. Left feeling relaxed but, more importantly, valued.

I had the most amazing experience at The Spa on Wilson and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were so friendly and professional. I felt like family.

I treated myself to their signature facial, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The aesthetician was so knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step and use products tailored specifically to my skin. My face has never felt so fresh, glowing, and smooth. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and skin rejuvenation.

The spa itself is beautifully designed, with a peaceful and calming vibe that made it easy to fully unwind.

If you're in need of some self-care, The Spa on Wilson is an absolute must. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I booked a side-by-side massage for my boyfriend and I. It was his birthday and first time getting a massage done. It was also our first time at The Spa on Wilson and they did not disappoint! Jolet and Amy made our experience extra special by preparing a romantic surprise. It was a small yet beautiful gesture and made our visit much more memorable. The massages felt amazing; we were so relaxed, and the ladies made sure we were nice and comfortable the entire time. They did a wonderful job, and we would love to visit again. I had a lovely experience at the Spa on Wilson! From the moment I called to book to stepping in the door, staff were friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about services and treatment packages! It was a very relaxing atmosphere and Amanda greeted me promptly and explained my services to me! The manicure/pedicure was unbelievable and I left feeling like a million bucks! I visited The Spa on Wilson over two days as part of my wedding weekend, and I can’t thank the team enough for how special they made me feel. From the moment I booked in, Amanda was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to be part of the occasion and help make the day special and stress-free.

Ivana did a wonderful manicure and pedicure. I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and her meticulous attention to detail, the chai tea latte was an extra plus! It was a very calming experience leading up to a very busy weekend.

Michelle styled my hair two days in a row. She listened carefully to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and created two looks that made me feel so beautiful and confident walking down the aisle and celebrating with family and friends. She really went above and beyond ahead of time to prepare extensions to fit and match my hair for the perfect look.

Thank you for helping me feel my best on such an important weekend. I’m so grateful for the calming experience before the chaos that is a wedding weekend!

I must say ...Not only are the owners exceptional at trying to provide an experience of care ,luxury and satisfaction that I personally enjoyed and recommend to anyone. I do also enjoy the personal connection and conversations with the staff.LETS FACE IT MOST OF US ENJOY A GIRL TALK. AFTER ALL MOST BEAUTY SPAS ARE A PLACE TO LET YOUR HAIR DOWN..LOL
Read 3 reviews which sound like a disgruntled employee, I guess this person thinks they are ABOVE CRITICISM. PERHAPS that person should get some real work ethics and quit trying to damage a business and grow up
If you don't like your job or the business, then just go somewhere else.
I personally want not only the receptionist and the owner on their outstanding efforts and quality professionalism...GOOD JOB!
