I haven't eaten here yet, but I did try one of the specialty drinks. The Dubai Chocolate Iced Matcha. It is good and I think it's a fair price for the size you get. Also, you don't get a bunch of ice.

I do think it needs a little more chocolate because aside from a hint in the cream it has very little flavor besides the matcha. Maybe a swirl of chocolate syrup in the cup? I'll be back to try the jungle mocha!

My experience at Sugar-Free Caffe in Prince Rupert was absolutely fantastic! I’ve never had a grilled cheese sandwich this good anywhere—the crisp and flavor were just perfect, setting the bar incredibly high. I also tried their London Fog tea, which was equally top-notch, making the whole visit unforgettable. The quality and quantity of everything were spot on, and it truly felt worth every bite and sip. Hands down, this is the best café in Prince Rupert for food, drinks, and atmosphere. Keep up the amazing work!

I was on a bike trip and was recommended the sugar-free Café and Grill. I had the sourdough clubhouse chicken Ala King soup. It was amazing people that were working. There were nothing but helpful if you find yourself in Rupert, this is a must go place.

The food here is incredible! The Sugar Free Shops smash burgers might be the tastiest food I’ve ever eaten. Staff is super friendly and it’s a cute welcoming atmosphere.

We had lunch(burgers) here Aug 10. The waitress and owner were very friendly. The burgers were amazing. Prices were less than expected compared to any other restaurants. Next time we're in Prince Rupert we will definitely make this our first stop. Keep up the excellent work ladies and thanks for the great attitudes and dedication.

I love the perogies but i decided to try the mac smash tacos. Unfortunately there was a white fur like? hair on the shell and then while i am eating there is a little brown hair on the inside of it. I was kinda disappointed but still love the perogies.

I had the Mac burger. It would've been okay if it didn't have a mountain of salt and cheap process cheese. My wife had the brie and turkey sandwich that had NO flavor except that of a dirty grill. To top it all off, we watched the cook handle money at the cash register before going to prep and cook our food without even washing her hands! Even reached into the big bag of hamburger buns with bare unwashed hands. Really hope that we don't get sick. We will never be eating there again.

I had a breakfast sandwich, and it was amazing! The lady at the counter was friendly and the place was clean. I loved my bacon sandwich, and I was delighted with their sourdough bread option. I will definitely come back 🙂
