My wife and I used Curtis and his team to cater our lovely wedding! Firstly, the food was absolutely delicious and had all of our friends and family raving. We started the night with a variety of appetizers and a stunning oyster bar which is Curtis's specialty. Our dinner included tons of great options but Nonna's potato casserole was our favorite part. Every dish was so delicious and beautifully prepared. Not only was the food amazing but Curtis truly made our day incredible. His positive energy and excitement is contagious while bringing a calm and experienced approach. We have been so touched by your passion, authenticity, and dedication not only for your work but for making our wedding so incredibly special! BIG THANK YOU😁❤️🎉

I can’t talk about the food without smiling. We used them for our wedding and it was the best decision ever. Not only is the food incredible (we still have people talking about the potato casserole, the oyster bar and everything in between), but the Curtis himself feels like a friend now. He brought the best vibes and warmth. It felt like he was celebrating with us, not just serving us. Total star of the show.

What a treat! Toby was serving oysters at the Black Prince Winery and I got the opportunity to speak to him about their catering, their oysters and where they cater. The oysters? SO FRESH! Best oysters I have had in a LONG time and that’s coming from an oyster lover. Toby was knowledgeable, spoke to me about different catering options as we are looking to cater a wedding soon. It’s as much about the service as it is the food and both were 5⭐️!

The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Curtis and his team were a pleasure to work with, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything ran smoothly. Curtis (one of the best guys you’ll meet) and his rockstar team are fantastic, and their food is delicious. They have catered several events at our business; Wild Lot, each has been a huge success. Guests have left with full, happy bellies, and he always leaves us at ease knowing the groups we hosted were well fed and happy. From start to finish, working with The Summer Wind has been a pleasure every time.

Holy crap this man makes good food. I’m pretty sure everyone at the wedding went up for more. Everything from the nasturtium in the salad, to the chilli sauce, to the chicken and roast were to die for. To top it all off he had a potato casserole that was the best thing I think I have ever tasted. I keep telling people there were so many different flavours as you took each bite. Unreal, highly recommend!!!!!
