Nous sommes allés grignoter avant notre traversé en bateau vers Nanaimo, le service a été impeccable, le choix de bière est très bien et la nourriture était délicieuse.

La bière noire y était excellente. On a aimé notre salade aux betteraves, fromage de chèvre et poulet ainsi que la soupe aux légumes.

The location is great! Right beside the ferry terminal and with a view of the Bay. We ordered fish and chips, veggie burger and beer. Food was good. I wish they had more veggie options too on the menu. The place is open till late night which is helpful as other restaurants nearby close sooner. I was disappointed with the service though. It was too slow. The server or manager didn't show up in between to check if we needed anything. We had to wait way too long for cutlery. Finally I had to get up to look for the manager to request one. Otherwise overall I had a good experience. Avoid on busy days or expect a slower service than usual.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht, wollten eigentlich nur das Warten auf die Fähre überbrücken. Aber WOW! Fish and Chips waren toll! Coleslaw war frisch gemacht und die Pommes der Knaller! Nach Aussage des Kellners selbst gemacht!

We had the Yorkshire pudding and chicken katsu tacos, both were great and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere sitting on the patio.

We'd definitely stop by again next time we're waiting for a ferry 😊

Place was great! As soon as I saw Yorkshire puddings on the menu it was an easy decision. Manager? was super cool and tried to sell me some shoes. Food was amazing, great service from manager and other staff. Great vibe and easy to get to the ferry line up when your finished. 10/10 definitely will be back next time out this way

Came here a few years ago on vacation and wanted to come back because I enjoyed it so much.

Food and beer were still good. A bit irked at the $5 side of vegetables I only ordered after being told it was a large serving… only to get less than half of a carrot and two pieces of broccoli.

I get that business is business but, a little more honesty would be appreciated. Probably won’t revisit next time I come to town. Worth going once for sure!

I had the tuna burger with high expectations, tuna was completely cooked through, the kids had the grilled cheese special, neither of them finnished it and wifey had the chicken tacos, ( they come on small tortillas not the big ones like the menu would let you believe.
At the end of dinner the server was excited to get some sort of tip and leave, I was more excited to leave.
