The food was good.

It was nice to be able to get a beer from the town of Whitby itself.

The washrooms were clean. While getting there you could see two other rooms where you could be seated and they both have doors like a vault would have. It was interesting because it has a link to the restaurant name.

The waitress was very kind. She managed very well her service despite of being alone at the bar and to serve all the customers in the restaurant.

A must try if in Whitby. Meaty, crispy, saucy wings with flavors like orange crush BBQ that you won't get elsewhere. Uniqu burger and soup of the day always worth a try. Fries are classic British chip style seasoned with dill. Staff is friendly and service is quick. For a fun and unique dining experience book a reservation for their namesake vault and fine in an authentic bank vault.

I don’t often get hamburgers at restaurants, but was I ever glad I did this time. It tasted even better than it looked. I liked the multitude of options to pick from for your sides. Especially as I was trying to decide between the burger and salad and then discovered I could have the best of both worlds together. The appetizer we had was the only thing I was disappointed by. I wouldn’t say it tasted bad, but the texture wasn’t pleasant. I loved the vault rooms at the back. Such a cool little dining space and nice and quiet if you want to be able to chat without all of the noise of the main dining room. Great cocktail menu as well. I’ll definitely go back again one day.

Edit: Tried to go back for lunch on a Friday, but after waiting 5 minutes without receiving menus and not seeing a single server other than the bartender the whole time we had to bail as my hubby was on his lunch break from work and we had a time limit and it was obvious we wouldn’t be getting out of there in under an hour. So disappointed because the burger special that week sounded right up my alley.

Had a reservation for 12 people. Upon arrival, they were ready for us with a table set aside and menus laid out. Food was served in a timely manner despite such a large group and was excellent (had the feature burger, which changes each week). We were thankful that there wasn't loud, oppressive music filling the restaurant so that my friends and I are were able to talk and hear one another. It's a great little spot in the heart of downtown Whitby and prices are very reasonable. Highly reccomend!

The turkey burger was outstanding! 3/4 of us had it and are raving about it. 1/4 ate the chicken and waffles with glowing reviews. The decor is limited but it’s in a cute part of Historic Downtown Whitby.

I had soup of the day which was a very flavorful and well made brocolli cheddar soup, and a turkey burger. The burger was perfectly cooked and the flavors were well balanced. Well seasoned burger, soft brie and sweet onion marmalade/cranberry aoli. Like Thanksgiving in a burger. Staff are very nice and attentive. Beer is served well as well. Great intimate atmosphere for dates or small social gatherings. Highly recommend.

I had the cinquo de mayo burger with house salad. The burger smelled tasted and looked fabulous !! Amazing food at reasonable prices !!
My second time there - I’ll be stopping by to try their ever changing burger special on a frequent basis !!
