If I could give negative stars I would. I can’t say I have ever been so badly treated by a bartender in my life. I came in at 10:10 PM 50 minutes before the restaurant closed and sat down. Without saying hello hi or anything the bartender came up to me saying are you wanting food? I said yes she gave me a dirty look walked back to her computer then pointed to the menu and said you can only order these items (appetizers). A couple minutes later she came back and said what do you want. I told her can I get an order of hot wings and a ginger ale. When the food arrived, it arrived in a takeout container not even on a plate. There was little to no sauce on the hot wings, but she never came back to the table to check how they were so I couldn’t even tell her. I ate in silence as fast as I could, she stayed at bar with the other patrons.

When I approach the bar and asked for my bill, I also asked can you please show me for reference on the menu or on your signage where it says that food stops being served at 10 PM. This is my first time at the hotel maybe I missed it. She looked at it and said it’s not on the menu. She then asked “ What is your actual problem? Is it because you couldn’t order more food?” At this point, I was very upset with this whole situation and I just told her the whole thing is why I’m upset. I never raise my voice nor did I want to make a scene. She said if you aren’t happy, go talk to front desk and tell them. So I did.

When I got to the front desk, there was somebody there so I waited until they were done because I did not want to make a scene. I then started explaining to the front desk agent What happened so that conversation was between her and the bartender saw me speaking with her, came flying out of the bar and started yelling at me at the front desk area trying to yell over me to tell everybody what it actually happened. I told her that she told me to go to the front desk and that’s what I was doing and that I was no longer speaking to her about it. She kept yelling and stormed back to the bar. Anybody that was in the vicinity was staring at me. What a horrible experience over some chicken wings.

** UPDATE the hotel manager emailed me saying it was supervisor that was there that night and she " apologized for the misunderstanding" Offered me a 35% off coupon to the restaurant.

Hubby and I drove to Leduc for a quiet anniversary weekend. We had booked a table at another restaurant for dinner but we changed our minds and after drving around for a bit, we decided to try The Willow. There was just one other family so it was pretty quiet. The waitress was really friendly although she forgot our appetizers. Hubby and I both ordered the prime rib well done, and we were pleasantly surprised at how very well done, perfectly seasoned and spiced, and tender the steaks were. We loved it so much that we had tp send our compliments to the chef. I had the sangria and hubby had the tequila surprise - both were deliciously mixed. No fancy decor, no fancy location, just very delicious food and drinks. Loved every bite

Nice hotel restaurant. Comfortable space. Food was good. Had the amazing chicken burger. Made from leg meat. Very good twist on the usual. The Greek salad was nice. The service was very good. Not over priced for a hotel but value for the higher quality food. Not cheap and junk food. I eat again on my next stay.

Good food, although my meatball had several gristle pieces in it. Good service. Okay prices and good daily deals. Chelsea was single handedly taking great care of several tables - nice job!

Surprisingly good. We ate dinner here while staying at the Wyndham Garden hotel (convenient and it was getting late), but would be worth stopping while traveling Highway 2. Service was quick and friendly, the food was well prepared, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Menu included burgers, pasta dishes, salads, and fish. Moderately priced.

Upon entering it looks like a completely bog standard hotel restaurant. Bland decor, only one waitress, who also acts as the bartender, open seating, but it had the basics down; clean, friendly, fast service.
Due to this very modest appearance I was FLOORED with the Alberta bison burger! I consider myself somewhat of a burger connoisseur, trying it at almost every new restaurant I attend. This is EASILY top 3 of all time for me. It was a delectable, well cooked, well seasoned patty, absolutely dripping in flavour, on a bed of incredibly fresh and crunchy greens. The sauces that came both on it and on the side were amazingly flavourful. As not to be out-done on the plate, the fries were piping hot, perfectly crispy, well seasoned and delicious.
I literally would not change a single thing about that meal, it's not only the best burger but the best meal I've had in years. I am quite honestly disappointed that I am leaving town before getting to eat it again, I seriously considered going back only 3 hours later before bed for another one.
Complete 10/10 experience, I can't believe the place isn't packed every night, even locals from Edmonton should be coming down for this.

Our basketball team from Saskatoon was staying at the hotel. We made a reservation for a team supper at The Willow Grill and Bar. It was a mix of parents and teenage boys, there was 18 of in total. Erin contacted me and asked if we would like to pre-order our meals. Erin was amazing to work with. She wasn't suppose to work the night of our reservation, but came in anyways. I can't say enough good things about Erin - she was super friendly and it was very impressive how she remembered our names - it was a very personalized experience. Everyone really enjoyed what they ordered and the prices were very reasonable. Huge shout-out to Erin and the rest of the staff for making our team supper such a fantastic experience.

We ordered the New York steak and jambalaya fettuccini and it was delicious! It was even better because they brought it to our room. Great hotel restaurant!
