Never going back.

I had exosome ampoule + sylfirm X laser treatments here, but on random occasions, instead of applying exosome ampoules as expected, they used cheap creams without my consent - yet still charged full price.

When I started experiencing unusual reactions on my face, they never recommended seeing a doctor or offered any sort of medical evaluation. Instead, all I got was upselling - being told I should get more laser treatments or additional procedures like skin boosters or water glow injections.

I eventually went to see a doctor and he confirmed that my skin issue was due to a medical condition - not something more laser could fix.

The whole experience felt very unprofessional. And they're way overpriced for the quality of care and service. Again, never going back.

I have been visiting this clinic for awhile with my mom, and recently both of us got laser toning treatments which we both absolutely loved.

My mom had a concern over her recently darkened freckles and after only few treatments, the freckles got evidently lighters. I had overall dark skin tone due to extensive sun exposure over the summer but only after one treatment, I got commented from my friends how it got brighter and smoother.

The facility is very clean, and staffs are very professional and friendly.

Highly recommend to anyone with any skin concerns and looking for an effective treatment!

I have been visiting The Well MediSpa & Laser Clinic for facial skin treatment for a while and I must say, I was blown away by the results. The treatment was incredibly effective in improving my skin's texture, tone, and overall appearance. I had been struggling with acne and blemishes for a while, and after a few sessions at The Well, my skin looked clearer and more radiant than it had in years.

I've been going to the Well medispa for Sylfirm x. I've had 5 sessions so far and have my last session scheduled this week. The transformation though has been incredible. I have thin and sensitive skin that's super dry, and suffer from hormonal acne on my lower face. I heard that sylfirm x can help with skin rejuvenation, improving skin tone and texture, as well as acne scars and enlarged pores. Exactly what my skin needed. Ngl, the first few sessions were PAINFUL...because of how inflamed and sensitive my skin was at the time. I almost gave up on the treatment. But Mia was so amazing, as well as K. These ladies were the reason I went back. They made the pain bearable, made sure I was comfortable, were SO patient and gentle with me, and I'm so grateful that i stuck it through with their help. My skin is so much healthier, clearer and smoother. It also feels more firm and lifted. I'm looking forward to finishing this treatment and working on addressing other concerns with the Well Medispa team. 🥰

Highly recommended this place. I’ve been getting laser toning treatment since November last year and I’m super happy with my result. My skin become much brighter and softer. All the staffs are very friendly and professional.
