Thom Bargen is my go to vanilla latte place. The flavour, taste, and overall ambiance is always beautifully consistent. The matcha is also well mixed and delicious. Lots of seating. You can go up a few steps and there is a solid table for studying and a place for friend catch ups. Anytime we’re around the neighbourhood, we make a stop at Thom Bargen.

Great spot for an oat mocha for those who are lactose intolerant. The atmosphere is usually quiet and focussed. A good place to meet a friend, colleague for a quick meeting, or do some deep work. No parking on the street from 7-9am, so plan to park off Sherbrook. Also a good place to stop for a quick take out coffee on your way downtown.

Cute coffee house near the mis. This cafe was a great visit, their indie theme was well coordinated throughout the relatively big cafe. The drinks were good, I got a tea but hear their coffees are their top sellers.
Would recommend for a rainy study day or before going to the mis.

Came in on a Sunday morning to treat myself for working hard. The cortado was perfect — not too hot, not too milky. Cake on the stand was Black Forest… delicious. always sunny here!

Very nice place with really tasty coffee! They also serve syrups produced by them.
