We stopped in Grand Falls for the night in our RV and one of the slides would not go all the way out. We called Thruway and Noel arrived within minutes and quickly determined the problem. His tremendous experience and “can do” attitude allowed us to make the most of a bad situation, and he even returned in the morning with Cory to help get us on our way. These guys went far above and beyond what was expected, and are truly amazing. I encourage anyone who needs RV help to give them a call. Professional service is becoming very rare in this world, so working with Noel and Cory is very inspiring!

I cannot say enough good things about this RV Service center! I am embarrassed that it took me so long to write this review. My husband and I spent 2 1/2 months traveling through Newfoundland this summer in our Fifth-wheel RV and we had an issue that needed immediate attention. We had called other RV service centers trying to get help and never (to this day) have received a call back. When I called Thruway Pauline was incredibly helpful and put us on their schedule for the same day. They were knowledgeable and professional and they not only made sure that our most pressing issue was addressed but went above and beyond to also make sure that everything we needed to be repaired was addressed as well. We have the utmost respect for this organization and all of the technicians there. We trust them so much that we actually decided to have more RV repairs done there as we travelled back through the area on our way to the Ferry. We met and interacted with the owner of this shop several times as well and he was kind and professional. Thank you Thruway for having our back this summer in Newfoundland. You could not ask for a better group of people!

While driving my Side x Side across NL, my rear shock brake and made my machine undriveable. I subsequently called everyone Polaris dealer on the island and was informed a replacement shock would be available in approx 5 to 7 days. My search led me to Peter Morris, Owner of Thruway Recreation. It was a Saturday around noon and fortunately he was working. Peter suggested he could remove one from one of his new 2024 machines to get me on my way as early as Monday afternoon. Fast forward to Monday morning and true to his word, we successfully continued our trip.
We cannot express our gratitude for the exceptional service Peter and his staff demonstrated. Definitely, above and beyond any other dealership I spoke to. 5 outta 5 Stars.

3 weeks ago while on visit to central, I ran into a problem with my motorhome. One of the slides wouldn’t work. I visited the Thruway Recreation in GrandFalls Windsor looking for help. The Manager Cory Pardy got a technician to have a look at it. They both advised me that this was a brand they haven’t worked on before and it would be trial an error to figure it out. An hour later the technician Noel advised that a board/relay switch was the problem. They contacted the nearest dealer in New Brunswick and ordered the part which had to come from the manufacturer in the USA. I received a message from Cory on Friday last week saying the part was in. So I left home in Mt Pearl on Tuesday morning and had appointment for Wednesday morning. After getting the part installed and doing an overall inspection of the other slides and electrical I got the bill. To my surprise I was only charged an hour for all the work from previous and installation of the part. Excellence service from Cory, Noel and the team at Thruway. If anyone should experience a problem with their RV,Thruway is your place to visit. Plain old good service.
