Another Spring Break in Tofino, and another day out on the water with Brody! The weather gave us a taste of every season in the first hour — rain, snow, cloud, and even beautiful sunshine — but we didn’t care a bit, and neither did the wildlife. As usual, we watched the eagles and sea otters and river otters and whales. And also as usual, we got a great haul from the sea, including herring, which was a first for us (they were apparently were waiting to get caught, the line was full in a matter of seconds), plus salmon and shrimp and crabs — enough for three dinners for us and some friends, plus leftovers for lunch. Thanks, Brody, for the memories! The time we spend with you is always one of the highlights of our trips to Tofino. You are the best!

Brody is an amazing guide. We absolutely loved our experience with him. Tofino is just stunning and it is so beautiful to be out on the water. We have made our trip up to Tofino with Tofino ocean adventures a yearly tradition. It has attracted so many jealous friends and family after they see our pictures and our fish that we have doubled our group each year! We cannot wait to come back, Brody truly makes this experience so fun and memorable. We have friends who have fished a few times and some that have never fished in their life and Brody was so amazing to help and teach everyone. Truly the highlight of my year and I can’t recommend this tour enough!!

Last summer we took a trip with Brody, it was incredible. We caught some salmon and ling cod early on in the season which was fantastic, we then took advantage of the opportunity to see a pod of orcas cruise through the harbour. Brody made us feel very welcome and had such a calm and relaxed approach to our experience. He had a very good knowledge of the ocean and treated the nature and water with huge respect. Hopefully I’m lucky enough to get another experience with Tofino Ocean Adventures!

5+++. We booked Brody and Tofino Ocean Adventures for 4 hours. It was an amazing trip. It was a private tour with 4 of us. We saw whales, sea lions, puffins and caught a variety of fish. Brody was knowledgeable, friendly and tailored the trip to our needs. I would recommend Tofino Ocean Adventures to everyone. If/when we return to Tofino, we will call Brody and Tofino Ocean Adventures.

We had an absolutely phenomenal day on the water with Captain Brody! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing short of unforgettable. Not only did we hit our quota with an incredible haul of halibut, lingcod, rockfish, and crabs, but Brody’s enthusiasm and expertise made every moment on board fun and engaging.

What really set the day apart was how Brody didn’t just settle for a great fishing trip — he made it an adventure. He contacted a fellow captain to find out where the whales were and took us on a breathtaking wildlife tour where we saw whales, dolphins, sea otters, and sea lions. As a final touch, he brought us to a spot to witness an eagle doing something truly exceptional — but I won’t spoil the surprise. You’ll have to book with Brody to experience that privilege for yourself!

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, personable, and passionate captain who truly cares about giving you the best day on the water, Captain Brody is your guy. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back

Our second charter with Brody was as good as the first. He is a wonderful guide -- friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Both times he gave our young son unforgettable adventures. In just four hours, we went fishing, harvested prawns and crabs, saw whales and California sea lions, fed eagles, and explored islands and inlets. We took some great photos and relived our adventure over a delicious seafood dinner that we caught ourselves! (Okay, Brody caught everything.) Our memories of last year's charter were so great we had to do it again this year, and we are so happy we did. Recommended most highly!
