Best burger around! Absolutely OBSESSED! All their food is amazing. Guaranteed to be our family favorite this summer. So happy y’all are here in Midland!
Also - you can tell they really care about the quality of their food that goes out. The chef/owner is awesome! Quality over quantity is always a winner in my books 🙂

The brisket sandwhich is incredible; tender, juicy, so flavourful. The burgers are the best you can get in Midland. Ingredients are so fresh and perfectly cooked and balanced into delicious sandwiches and sides. The fries are fresh cut and crispy, hot and salted. Absolute perfection. We only waited about 10 minutes on both of our visits. Make sure you come early to get the brisket sandwich, it sells out fast and with good reason. You get what you pay for, the best burgers, sandwiches and fries you can find in the area.

Stopped by for lunch today, thinking this was going to be another ´run of the mill’ food truck.
Boy were we wrong!

This was easily the best burger I’ve ever tasted..
so savoury and juicy, with perfect portions of toppings and meat.
It just melted in your mouth.
There was also a beautiful poutine that unfortunately I didn’t get to take a picture of because by the time I realized I didn’t snap one, We had already scarfed it down.

The gravy was lightly smoky which wasn’t expected but absolutely appreciated.

I was a LITTLE shocked at the total price at first (50$ for 2 drinks, a med poutine & 2 bacon cheese burgers) but after reading reviews from the owner on the quality of the product, the work they put in and tasting it ourselves, I knew we were absolutely coming back for more and I’ll never bat an eye at the bill.
Great customer service and even better food.

Had the brisket sandwich & the brisket poutine as they were today's special.
Wow.
Extremely well done, the favors are perfect, and the poutine is expertly done. I was losing hope at finding a place to that made a good one.

I also had a chat with the owner, and he is an honest and straightforward guy who really understands and listens to his customers.

I'll be coming back. 10/10.

Must stop here! This unassuming food truck ended up producing the best tasting hamburger I’ve ever had. And I don’t say that lightly. Every ingredient is fresh and the sauces (the aoli and chipotle mayo) are made in-house. The burger drips with flavour. We also had the brisket poutine which was a complete home run. I would have eaten another burger had I any more space left. This is an absolute gem. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

The Brisket Poutine was, by far, THE best poutine I’ve ever had, hands down! They were cooked well enough not to go all soggy, then the cheese curds and brisket (which was by itself amazing) were layered throughout so you get some of both with every bite. 🤤 So good!
Sure it might take a little extra time for your order, but well worth the wait for exceptionally well made and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered the cheeseburgers, onion rings, and poutine. All were incredible!!! Gravy is homemade & delicious. We also loved the variety of cheeseburger toppings. Would visit again for sure!

When I say the most absolute Delicious and flavorful burger I have had in A LONG TIME. With The seasoning of the burger and the geweyness of the cheddar cheese on top, Phenomenal. Bacon was cooked to perfection and the soft bun stayed together perfectly(Which is very rare). The guys really know there stuff when it comes to the best balance of everything on the burgers and there food. Price is definitely fair for the high quality of food. Very rarely do you ever find a good food truck, But these guys definitely got it Right.
