Wow! Dont know where to begin. Would have given 0 stars if I had the choice. I have never felt so scammed. I booked a 1 hr traditional Thai massage with Chanyanut Pasom. Though I really wanted a 90 min session but there was no spot available. My appointment time was 12:45 PM. I arrived 10 mins before and filled their forms and waited in the lobby area. Note that I had already filled their medical forms online while booking. But I did it again. Ms. Pasom turned up well past 12:50 PM and I was shown the room and asked to change in their massage clothes. By the time the massage actually began it was past or very close to 1 PM. We had a little chat and the massage was good overall. But Ms. Pasom ended my massage at 1:42 PM and walked out laughing. My 1 hr massage was probably less than 45 mins. I felt cheated and ripped off. We book and pay for the massages based on time and our need. When a masseuse walks out before time, its not only unproffessional and annoying but also reeks of lack of integrity. I did not even feel fully rejuvinated after the massage. And I have had many amazing massages over the years. When I was asked about my massage while on the way out, I told them what had happened. The girl in the front was apologetic and said she could escalate the matter to the manager. Then I was told that Chanya Pasom was actually the co-owner of this place. I was shocked to hear that, and wondered how an owner could behave in such a way with a customer. In the end I was charged for only 45 mins. But this was a big let down since I wanted a 90 min session in the first place, and came mentally prepared for 60 min. If I knew I would have such an experience, I would have never visited them. Massages are expensive and we deserve good service. I am never going back and I will tell whoever I can to stay away from Touch Massage & Wellness. Pathetic!
