Charger 30$ par jour pour un petit chien (total de 120$ pour un séjour de 4 jours), et en plus le nettoyage n'a pas été fait de tout le séjour... C'est abusif.. mais c'est la politique de l'hôtel. On n'y retournera pas certain. Pour le reste c'était bien, personnel attentionné.

Indeed a great choice for a one-night stay with family and friends. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. We could enjoy the convenience of ample free parking, making it easy for everyone of us to arrive stress-free. The breakfast is decent, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The open sitting area is a lovely spot to unwind and socialize, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, the front desk staff had a very cooperative and friendly attitude, ensuring a smooth and welcoming stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and have generally had positive experiences, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing.

The building itself is nice, though it’s a bit out of the way for food and entertainment. Typically, that hasn’t been an issue for me because the overall service has always made up for it. However, this time, things didn’t go as expected.

I had booked a large king-size studio room but was instead put into a regular double queen room. This isn’t how I prefer to start off my stay, and it left me feeling let down right from the start.

After a long day of traveling, I arrived feeling tired and was surprised to be asked for ID, despite already booking through the Marriott app. As a Titanium Elite member, this has never happened before. The interaction made me feel less like a valued guest and more like I was being unfairly judged. To be honest, I left the front desk feeling like the staff member thought I was up to no good, which was both disappointing and uncomfortable.

I’m willing to chalk this up as a one-time issue, but with plans to be in the Brampton area regularly over the next year, I truly hope this isn’t something I’ll have to deal with again. If it is, I’ll have to consider staying elsewhere.

I know this property is capable of better, and I’m hoping to see improvements on my next visit.

The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean, beds comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location was a bit out of the way in an industrial park but we were aware of that. It would be convenient for the industrial park visitors. The only issue with the room was that the on-screen TV guide didn't match up with the channel that came up.
