L'hôtel est situé entre 2 autoroutes, il y a beaucoup de bruit. La piscine et le bain tourbillon était fermés. Le déjeuner était très ordinaire et les instruments de cuisine ne fonctionnaient pas. Bref, un séjour décevant.

J’aime cette hôtel proche de l’aéroport et des autoroutes.
La propreté est un défi en temps de neige mais c’est bien fait, un monsieur y met tout son cœur.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip. The kids especially loved the waffles—the best we’ve had! A special mention to Deladem from the kitchen staff, who went above and beyond to assist me as I was traveling alone with little kids. Her kindness and care made our experience truly memorable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

At reception the attention is good and the people are kind. The room is not really clean the beds have old savannahs and do not smell good. The kitchen has frets but they are not clean they have stains and grease. What really has to be clean or at least should be clean is noticeable with the naked eye that only one rag passes and there are hairs wherever. Breakfast is 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and you have to prepare it. When you pay, you add up to 10 dollars more in case you take one more person, even if you do not take it, they charge you at the end you end up paying 178 dollars.

My experience started before even arriving to the hotel when I had missed the deadline to book a room with the saved room for my daughter’s hockey team. I spoke to the Director who not only accommodated once by helping us still get a room , but twice by accommodating switching the room again due to having a bit larger group. Rooms were very spacious and clean and service was excellent. There was a lot of construction in the area and unfortunately due to some maintenance the pool was not up and running, but it was definitely worth the stay.

We just got back from a 5-day stay at this hotel. We were in Edmonton for a family wedding and families on both sides of the bride and groom stayed at this hotel – so we were a rather large group. We would give this hotel a 10 out of 10. For me personally, I would have to say that this hotel stay is the best “hotel stay” I have ever experienced in Canada!!! The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the entire hotel is spotless. The room / bathroom was quite spacious, with a full kitchen. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable! It was easy to work the heat/air conditioning. Nice large window for natural light and blackout curtains for sleeping. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The complimentary breakfast was just delicious and well-stocked! Good location - easy walking distance to many great restaurants. Two restaurants right across the parking lot (so really close) had amazing food: Bodega Ellerslie and Amazing Wok (best wonton soup and egg rolls ever!). And many others an easy 10-minute walk (e.g. Chop Steakhouse). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
