Went here today for a Brazilian wax. Albeit it was my first time getting a wax done, this was brutal.
I could of achieved better results with a shave. When you research other companies/waxing places, usually plucking the remaining/stubborn hairs is included in the price. Because it's a wax...you're supposed to leave SMOOTH. I left with stubble everywhere and had to reshave everything. I also have bleeding and pores that are visibly ripped open. Basically a waste of almost $80.
The worker was nice enough but the atmosphere is not very friendly and there could definitely have been more conversations while they were all up in my business lol.

If you're expecting to leave feeling taken care of and worry free about whatever you needed waxing done for, would not recommend.

I am very happy I found this place. Teressa is excellent at shaping eyebrows and does a wonderful job. Her attention to detail is unmatched. I will definitely be coming back here to get my eyebrows done and I would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the generous open house Traci Spa Life offered it’s customers. I have been enjoying the perks of being a Traci’s Spa client for years now. To avoid a bias review, I am going to post the actions the spa took during this event that represents the reasons I love it here so much? ... 1) arrived and a line up grew quickly ... the spa greeted all with a friendly welcome and thank you for coming, gave an option of waiting at a personal set up table or in your cozy warm car ... either option had lovely festive music to enjoy. Very organized professional and considerate! Happy I did not need to stand in the rain with all these COVID rules! 2) the event deals were fantastic... better than any Black Friday event! Buy one get one deals on multiple services and 15% products!!! How generous!!! ? you know I ate that up! YUM! 3) I had the option of buying a glass of wine or a bottle so I obviously enjoyed my mom’s day off and bought the bottle and lovely Ann filled it no matter where I was in the building! She was absolutely fantastic! Thank you for great service Ann! They went through all the extra effort to clear their rooms of all furniture to make space for tables that their customers could pre book or utilize on arrival... very COVID friendly ? THEN they served complementary drinks AND FOOD from Flavour, how GENEROUS! There was the option of buy extra drinks or even a bottle of wine! HELLO THIS SPA has a license!!!!! AMAZING ? we enjoyed a COVID safe holiday event and took advantage of great savings all because Traci Spa life cares enough to go that extra mile for their clients... oh and icing on the cake ... they all looked beautiful and let’s be real... we go to a spa because we like pretty things... well they are some pretty!!! And did you see that man’s Christmas suit!!! Well if that doesn’t get you in the Christmas spirit than you are one grinch and you can begone!!! Thank you too all the wonderful staff and Ann for such a lovely mom’s day out and Christmas cheer?did I mention complimentary manis HOW GENEROUS!!!

I got services from Alisha Devoe. She is so professional, friendly and nice person. Once I arrived, I could feel the warmth and positivity emanating from the space. All the workers were nice and I felt very welcoming. I definitely be back and will for sure be recommending the salon to my friends!! Alisha did an amazing job. The best spa I’ve been to.

I've never felt comfortable at any spas before, but Maisie has made it so easy. She is great at what she does facials , pedicures! And the spa always is stunning and always has new products in. Love Tracies spa

I wouldn't recommend this place if you are planning an important event and relying on their service as part of a surprise for a bachelorette or birthday party or anything like that. If you are just looking for a service and can change the date and time at the last minute, it might be fine. On two separate occasions, I have made appointments here for important events, and both times, the services were canceled ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. After months of planning an event and calling to confirm both times with this company, it's hard to give a high rating when the events were ruined because of this. Personal services might be fine if you can reschedule, but I wouldn't book here for anything important.
