I travel for work. I always look for the best value and comfort. I can honestly say that this older motel is one of the cleanest places I've stayed in. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She had remembered me from my last stay and when I got there she had already upgraded my room and placed me in a drive up room. Excellent service. Thank you.

Fair Accommodation/Fair Price We stayed at this hotel on a recruitment visit to Mount Allison University. The accommodation was fair and reasonable for the price of the stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly. We had one hiccup with our credit card and reservation that was dealt with quickly and professionally. I would stay here again the property is priced perfectly to meet expectations. The breakfast was also on par with the pricing.

The hotel is quite old but the lobby is welcoming. The room was clean but the beds were old. One was very springy and uncomfortable, the other wasn't so bad. The hotel was very quiet, we didn't hear doors slamming or people running through the halls. Breakfast was included and it was a typical (that's not a complaint) hotel breakfast (toast, cereal, eggs, yogurt). I likely wouldn't stay here again unless there was a big price difference between here and other newer hotels in the area.

Overall impression arriving at the hotel is entry signage needs painting and some landscaping. The lodge advertises it is a non-smoking environment but once you get inside the building particularly the rooms there is definitely the smell of smoke no doubt left from the days when one could smoke in the rooms. It made for a very unpleasant sleeping environment. The room was in definite need of renovating as the carpets were stained and likely full of smoke smell as well, The lack of plugs or extension cords made it difficult to plug in the lamps and none were plugged in when we entered the room. The curtains were too long for the windows and actually covered the air conditioner so had to manufacture some way to raise the curtain to allow the AC to do its job. The staff were very nice and the buffet breakfast was okay. I do not recommend this establishment. Its needs a full makeover.

Very helpful staff!! Particularly liked breaking in the new trainee! Both he, and his lovely trainer, were almost too helpful! Only one complaint…the preferred Chinese Food delivery business recommended via pamphlets offered were awful!! Yuans I believe…terrible food. But…just a pamphlet.

Keep Looking! I realize places have issues but really Wyndham, take more pride in your name. Have standards that your members can trust! I am giving this place a 1 and that is being generous to the nice guy at the front desk to work with me on getting a room a few hours early due to medical problems while traveling. From there it went down. We needed a back up room for easy access. We opened the door to find that the interior door to our room was unlocked. The place was dusty, hair on top of the refrigerator, cob webs hanging from the ceiling, large paint flakes hanging from the bathroom ceiling, chipping paint, need I say more. I prefer to sleep in my truck before staying in this flop house of a motel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Free breakfast was simple and fine.
Flat sheet on the bed was paper thin. Bath mat was also showing its age, worn through. Bed was uncomfortable as you slide to the divot in the middle. Blackout curtains were breaking down as the vinyl backing was cracking and flaking off, making the curtains look moth eaten.
