Pour un bon séjour à prix raisonnable, c'est l'endroit où aller. Bien situé, service courtois et endroit confortable avec déjeuner continental inclus. Nous y retournerions n'importe quand...||Le tapis et le divan auraient eu besoin d'un léger nettoyage et il n'y avait pas de bouchon dans le lavabo. La réceptionniste a essayé de nous en trouver un, mais aucun ne faisait l'affaire. Le personnel était super gentil.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had!! The roof leaked on my head in the middle ofnthe night. We were transfered to another room on the second floor. People were swearing at each other and banging doors. I did NOT feel safe here! Never again.. the breakfast was garbage. Not worth the money.

Myself and my son stayed there from December 2, 2024 through to February 2, 2025. We could not find an affordable apartment, so we had no other choice but to stay there for two months., until we could find something affordable and half decent.We were paying $904 a week including all fees and taxes. Yes you read that right. Like many of you on this platform, yes, I will agree with you 100% in terms of room quality, hallways and bathrooms. The sheets on my bed were changed twice during my stay. They would see the stains and not change the bedsheets. When asking for toilet paper, you were only given one roll. The carpets in the hallway and the wallpaper need to be revamped as it looks like something from the 80s.The carpet on the first floor is separating from the subfloor. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. Two out of three lamps in my room had lampshades that had been smashed with a fist. I mentioned it and like everything else it was ignored. When they cleaned my bathroom, they would ignore the bathtub and the toilet. They always ran out of towels, so they could not give me anything until they were washed. When you complain about something or you ask for something, it goes on death ears. I don’t really care what people say in terms of positivity, because you must be blind. This place is a total dump. Garbage outside at the entrances, on the sidewalks in the parking lot. Garbage cans outside, overflowing with garbage, cigarette butts all over the place. Potholes everywhere in the parking lot. You must be careful or you will break something on your car. The key system is pathetic, as it doesn’t always work and locks you out of the building. I would not recommend this place to my worst neighbor. Please do not stay there as you will be pleasantly disappointed. I would rate this as a zero out of 10 if I could rate it that low. The breakfast is a real joke. It’s like a bag lunch from primary school. You get one yogurt, one plastic spoon, a granola bar, and a small juice box. That’s fine and dandy for a kid. I’m a grown adult. I need more than just that. For the amount of money I paid there. I should’ve been treated better. I should’ve received better service and I should’ve been treated properly. There is a huge lack of cleanness in this building and respect when it comes to customers. Without customers, you have no business. Eventually, you will have to shut your doors down with the multitude of complaints that you are receiving on this site. Stop being so frivolous and update the damn building. The washer and dryer that are available to the customers are not maintain properly. The washer wants to walk away from you when it’s on the spin cycle and the dryer hasn’t been cleaned out in I don’t know how long. All in all I would never stay there again.

In what world is it okay for a cleaning lady to let 2 "guests" who haven't checked in yet (I know this because they were at the front desk when I finally got to speak to management) into an occupied room at 9 in the morning without even knocking?

This unbelievable, gross, abject act of negligence was met by the flippant and dismissive attitude of Raheel, the manager whom had disappeared from the front desk for an entire hour after this event occurred. "Clerical error" was his lacklustre excuse for what I would consider a break and enter into a private room.

I believe this place may be the centre of much more nefarious activity. Thankfully I'm a grown man and not a young woman. If you value the safety of yourself and your family stay away from this place at all costs.

I will be contacting all relevant parties and authorities about the events that transpired today.

ZERO STARS! DO NOT STAY HERE. The most disgusting dirty hotel I’ve ever seen. One of our kids found a sewing needle in their sheets. We had bed bugs in one of the rooms the hotel tried to dismiss. One of the rooms stank like cigarettes. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. This place is downright gross. Moldy outdated and dirty. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. BED BUGS AND THEY WOULDN’t ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAD THEM.
