Pas vraiment de place pour les trucks faut se garer sur le parking du canadien tire mais faudrait le savoir avant.
Pas de chauffage dans la chambre dehors -3 pas terrible .
Au petit matin pour faire la toilette L'eau n'ai jamais arrivé pas cool

I am a very easy person to please and this hotel was aweful. All the bad reviews that I thought it can’t really be that bad were correct!!!! The hotel was very dirty!!!! |Our bathroom had little black hairs all over (I had to clean it before we could use it.) the shower didn’t work, there was|Crumbs on the night table, there was dust on the alarm Clock on the night table. The chairs in the room were cracked and peeled, there was a large gap in the door that let in a lot of light, and the door was missing the extra top lock thing to help secure your door more. There was also garbage under the bed. |A couple positive things the lobby did looked nice, but I noticed it wasn’t very clean when we checked out. the bedding was clean, and the bed comfortable. But after one night we checked out and spent our other three somewhere else.

We checked in after midnight after travelling for hours on our way to the west coast. This hotel was affordable, clean, fantastic customer service and breakfast was hot. There’s a waterslide for the kids as well. The value is excellent! Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE. We are a family of 5 with three little kids. Was passing through after 8 hrs of driving, called to book an hour out of Medicine Hat - got to the hotel, checked in later to find the hot tub was not filled. I went to the front desk to see if I could check out as I wasn’t informed of some amenities out of order, however said I couldn’t because I already checked in. The pool also had a note on the pool door saying the boiler is having maintenance so said it might be cooler temperatures than normal. If we would have been informed, we never would have stayed here as with a cold pool, you can’t even go in the hot tub to warm up as it was filled. Front desk told me he said he told me this, however he did not. They did discount my room for $26. However the room I got was not worth the original $173 I paid, let alone the discount he gave me off of that. The room is DISGUSTING. Dirty, carpet torn, toys and garbage under the beds, mold by the casing by the heater, grime/dirty by the pool window, bed is being held up by a wooden block, the towel holder is coming off, deadbolt on the door can’t even shut ect. Please do yourself a favour and save your money. DO NOT STAY. See photos.

My wife is 70 traveling on her own to visit her two sons...the1st room , the heater didn't work and there was load running water al night long. plus there was lot of kids out side... She did not feel very safe.. she woke up with bad cold....so she complained and they put her in another room. this had a broken like light, dirty bedding and a chair that looks like some went the bathroom on. Are expectations were not high, but is to much to ask for a safe, clean, heated room...And the continental breakfast was a joke...We talk to the manager he only wanted to reimburse us 1 night , my wife was there for 7 night...The manager is very hard noise , not very compassionate..My wife is that person that never complains, just never returns. I haven’t actually stayed in the hotel but I experienced great customer service that I wanted to highlight. We had booking issues and Jei at the front desk was so helpful and understanding. They made an exception for me even though I made the booking mistake and these days you usually don’t see that. I’m very appreciate of the hotel and look forward to our stay!
