HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I reserved a room with them and was promised I would be able to check in early, when I arrived they said that we could not check in early unless we paid for the night before as well. We were caught in a horrible wind storm the night before, I was with 18 kids through a summer camp and they offered us no help or solution. They have horrible customer service and no manager available to speak to. Never stay here if you care about good customer service, attentive staff, or staying with a company that values their customers.

⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ⚠️

This is a formal account of an unacceptable experience my group had with the Wyndham Weyburn hotel. After a long night of driving, following several weeks of backpacking, we called the hotel and booked a room over the phone. We were explicitly told that early check-in would be available and that the booking was being handled through a third-party service affiliated with the hotel. Our payment was processed at that time, and our credit card information was taken.

Upon arrival, we were told that no early check-in would be honored and were informed—bafflingly—that no such phone conversation had taken place. This assertion was not only inaccurate, but contradicted the fact that our payment had already been processed and our details were on file.

The lobby was in poor condition, and the environment was unwelcoming. We were told we would have to wait an additional ten hours before a room would be made available—despite the fact that we had already paid in full and had been assured otherwise over the phone.

We requested to cancel the reservation under these circumstances, as the hotel had clearly failed to deliver the terms we were sold. At this point, the front desk staff became unprofessional and dismissive, informing us that we were ineligible for a refund because we had not canceled within 24 hours of the booking. We had made the reservation less than one hour before arriving—rendering this explanation completely unreasonable.

After prolonged and fruitless conversation with the front desk, we left the property and followed up in the days and weeks afterward. Despite our efforts, the hotel has refused to issue a refund for the services it failed to provide.

This experience reflects a serious failure in customer service, operational integrity, and fair business practices. I strongly caution other travelers to avoid the Wyndham Weyburn, as our group was charged several hundred dollars for a service that was never rendered and treated with complete disregard when seeking resolution.

We are currently pursuing all available remedies to recover the funds owed to us and to report this conduct to relevant oversight agencies.

The price is a lot lower than the other local Wyndham hotels. Although i appreciate the provided breakfast, the restaurant format does not work for me. I normally look forward to quickly selecting from what is available at the food table, sitting to mindlessly drink my coffee and leave. I do not enjoy starting my morning with an hour in a restaurant. There is nothing wrong with this, but not my preference.

I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Weyburn! From check-in to check-out, the service was friendly, fast, and professional. The staff were super accommodating and made me feel right at home.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. I really appreciated the little touches like the cozy bedding, strong Wi-Fi, and well-stocked amenities. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus too — fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day.

Location-wise, it’s perfect — close to restaurants, gas stations, and anything else you might need while in Weyburn. Great value for the price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hotel was clean but dark at night time. Gym was subpar 5 pieces of equipment. Three cardio machine won’t turn on. most equipment didn’t work and was rusty. Hot tub was barely warm and inside the gym.
Never got room cleaned first night and Wanted more coffee for my room they tried to charge us per k cup. Almost everything had a hidden fee.
