Honest review regarding their weight loss program.
I'm absolutely gutted that I have wasted my time with this clinic.
I want anyone to reconsider if they are going to proceed with weight loss from this clinic because I do not want what happened to me to happen to anybody else.
Initially you go for a consultation and you are required to get blood work done. After you have submitted blood work and are eligible you will pay a $400 fee for nutrition coaching and be prescribed weight loss medication such as ozempic. That is what I had done. The clinic offers in-person appointments or phone appointments which I opted for, and everything seemed good at first. After I completed my initial prescription there was a follow-up to be done and a renewal of prescription. Keep in mind that you have to take the prescription medication for a certain amount of time as your body gets used to it and then you up your dose. After 6 weeks of taking the medication successfully and completing questionnaires that were sent weekly, I expected to have my prescription renewed and continue. The day of my phone in appointment was supposed to happen I did not receive a phone call. I had to call the clinic and they had not answered as all their phone systems were down. I sent a communication request through their website and was told that their systems were down and that my nutritionist would contact me to reschedule. Since this was a time sensitive matter as my prescription was out and I needed to take my next dose I was hopeful to receive communication. After 3 days I'd still not receive communication and I had called the clinic. They had answered the phone this time and said they would pass the message on to my nutritionist. Again there was no contact back and I had not been given a new prescription and I was really worried because this is a time sensitive matter. Ultimately the weekend came along and I had not received any communication, I was unable to administer my medication after being on it for 6 weeks continuously and I am absolutely furious. How can this organization be so unprofessional with communication, especially when people are vulnerable when it comes to weight loss and they have put in the time and paid the money. Not to mention that my health is now at stake because I have been given medication and then abruptly had to stop. I called a few days after I was supposed to administer my dose and left a voicemail once again explaining that I am very upset and that I would be leaving this review. 2 days later they finally called me back, I was unavailable and they did not leave a voicemail. At this point I had nothing to say. Shame on you for playing with people and not being professional.

Love this clinic! The ladies at the front are so sweet-Carmen is always so fun to chat with she is so lovely! Nurse Janet is the absolute best, I am always so happy with my results!

From the moment you walk in, its such a lovely experience! I've been going to see Janet for about 2 years now and she is the only person I trust for botox. I reccomend her to everyone that asks! Honestly, so kind and knowledgeable!

I've also seen Daisy and Thuy for facials and laser treatments and they are so good at what they do. Everyone is so welcoming!
It's always so special to chat with Carmen at the front as well.

I always enjoy coming in for my appointments with Daisy! She’s super outgoing, very friendly and absolutely hilarious! 😆 Today I was in a bit of a rush due to a last minute conflict that came up and Daisy had me in and out quickly, without compromising the quality of my service!

I had to come here for four sessions in 2 months because the first two sessions absolutely ruined my lips. There were lumps and dimples everywhere. The last two sessions were for dissolving. She blamed it on the fact that I “already had filler” in my lips, even though it had been over a year and a half since my last injection. I have been getting filler for a decade, and have never had this problem. My confidence is absolutely shot and I have no idea if my lips will ever return back to normal. They would not finish dissolving the filler. The manager’s response to this photo was: “I actually kinda like the pouty look”. I was shocked when she said that and I realized that coming here was a huge mistake.

All the staff at True Balance are experts in their field! Janet is definitely the one to see for any injectables. So gentle and knowledgeable and a real perfectionist! Janet gets incredible results every time. Margarita is amazing with lasers and is a master of skin care. A font of knowledge for skin products that are right for you. Daisy is a true artist when it comes to eyebrows! She does a fabulous job of shaping and gets your eyebrow color exactly right. All the girls are so friendly and kind and make you feel immediately at ease. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, it feels like home.

Daisy did my permanent make up (eye brows), and did a great job, back in June.
What I’m not happy with, is the Follow Up Appointment. Original cost was $500 which I knew.
The follow up today cost $175. I was not told of this cost, there for I was shocked.
