Experienced my first float today! It was everything I wanted and more. The pods are so relaxing and made my body feel so nice. I was greeted with a smile and friendly service, every room I entered was clean and spacious, and the pods were easy to get in and out of. Sandals, towels, and soaps were provided as well. During the float, you are able to choose your light and music settings; I choose to have my pod fully closed and lights off for a fully immersive experience. Afterwards, I tried out their Oxygen/Aroma therapy; it was an interesting experience that I wasn't expecting but really enjoyed. I defiantly recommend trying it out for yourself! Thank you again to all the staff at True REST Cornwall! Can't wait to see you again soon!

I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️ . We stumbled upon this fabulous place and I’ve never looked back. From the moment I walked through the front door I felt a sense of calmness and a sense of peace. The owners are wonderful and make you feel right at home explaining everything. I just completed my third float and I feel, so in line. It’s helping with my lupus as well as helping me sleep at night. My job is high paced and very stressful and once I get into the floating pod It all just disappears. I signed up as a member after the first float because I knew this was a place. I wanted to spend a lot of time. It’s definitely life-changing.❤️

I’ve been coming to float since they opened Dec 2023. I had purchased a number of pre-opening BOGOs. They had an amazing deal & upgraded their offer from 1 free to 2 free per float purchased. Early adopters & supporters were generously rewarded with this upgrade. After my first float I decided to go with the 4x/float/month, shareable with family & friends, and I can still gift my BOGOs ? or use myself if I want to float more frequently.

The floats are so relaxing. Even if I don’t always fall asleep, I emerge well rested. I don’t sleep well and find the floats helpful.

I highly recommend them. Other reviewers share how it has helped with chronic pain, joint pain, and other conditions.

Tim, Marie-Pier and Jenna are so friendly, kind & helpful. The pod rooms and tranquility room (where you can have an herbal tea, partake in the oxygen bar and do some relaxing colouring while watching the sea turtles onscreen) are neat & clean.

Try a float. It’s worth it.

Wonderful experience!! From the moment we walked in we knew we were in good hands. Thank you for the kind welcome and loved how knowledgeable all the staff are. Absolutely loved it. I was very nervous being sensitive to being nauseous on water, but I was not at all - amazing surprise!

Amazing staff, relaxing atmosphere. It's my second time and I feel so relaxed. They have reasonable pricing and lots of specials on so it's an amazing price and so flexible. Really enjoy the flavored oxygen at the end! My wife recommended me to come and I'm glad I did. I recommend for anyone. Owners are well knowledge and you can ask anything. The results are rewarding.

The float experience is something that I never thought I would enjoy.
The hour I take for myself to relax, and release my mind of any thoughts, is a definite must-have for my mental health.
My chronic medical conditions don’t allow me to relax as much as I do when I am floating.
I recommend for everyone to try this experience; you will be hooked!
The staff is amazing; from welcoming you at the front door, to explaining everything to you step by-step, to thanking you for visiting.

This place is fantastic! My husband tried it first and loved it. He told me about it that day…”I booked us in for tomorrow, you will love it”. I am not going to lie…I was skeptical. My husband suffers from chronic pain and he said it helps him immensely. He told me, “you are always complaining about your aches and pains lately, I really want you to try it”. Well, he was right. I got out of there and all of my joint pain was gone. I was joking, “I feel like a wet noodle”. Not only that, my hair and skin felt so nice. I can’t tolerate massage and a chiropractor anymore. Not sure why. I just feel so much worse after those therapies. I am not joking about how relaxed I felt either. The feeling lasted for a few days. I am sure not everyone will have the same experience, but this is how I felt the first time. I was also anxious about feeling claustrophobic or falling asleep in water or what a sensory deprivation tank would feel like. I worried for absolutely nothing. It is so safe. I feel safe. I don’t often right reviews but this place warrants it. The staff are amazing and educational. The place is so clean and immaculate. There is even a relaxation room with hot tea and oxygen after your float. I am also writing this to help others who have chronic pain and/ or anxiety. Give it a chance. What have you got to lose?

Every time I come here, they are very welcoming.
There is the float. They have two music/sound options, or you can bring your own. I made a 55 minutes playlist, so I know when the float is nearing it's end.
After the float, I like to relax in the oasis room. There is a selection of teas and the oxygen bar.
One of the owner cares deeply and is always looking for ways to save money for her clients, trying to work around deals and other offers.

Overall great experience.
