The atmosphere was so beautiful, warm, and relaxing. I love it. The massage therapist was very nice and patient. She asked me what I needed. The bed was so warm. She asked me if I was comfortable with the level of pressures. The receptionist was kind and friendly. That was strange to add a 15 percent tip to the bill, yet she asked me if I wanted to adjust the tip. I read the reviews. People are being negative about the tips. Tipping is normal for the spa. I normally tip 15-20 percent based on how good service is. I think the service is fantastic. I will come back.

This place has been the only place I've been able to get consistently good relaxing service for me and my family. So much so that I don't bother rebooking with the same RMT each time because I know all of them are amazing. They treat everyone with respect and care.

To the people complaining about the 15% gratuity, this is not something they surprise you with at the end, they tell you about this while booking. They also offer the option to adjust up OR DOWN after your service. If you have an issue with the price simply do not come :). Makes no sense complaining about it after the fact.

After years of coming here, I can guarantee that the price is worth it and you will feel relaxed and that your massage needs are met.

[Edit: I do believe it is wrong to tip on top of tax and not before it. please fix this]

I’ve been coming to this spa for over 4 years, and it’s always been a relaxing experience. This time, I had a massage with Yan Zou and it was exceptional. She combined Swedish massage with some Thai techniques, and it was exactly what my body needed, both soothing and therapeutic.
Highly recommend her and this spa if you’re looking for consistent, quality care!

I absolutely loved the hot shell massage I received. The RMT was amazing. She really worked out all my knots and I left feeling so relaxed. As I was checking out the receptionist prepaid a really nice tea for me to go, I thought that was a loveky touch. I can't wait to go back.

I've been going to this place for over 5 years and they are truly amazing. They don't offer direct billing, but as soon as your appointment is done they are very quick in sending the RMT invoice for insurance claims. I've read a lot of reviews about people complaining about the tip, but to be honest after my experience i'm happy to tip the massage therapists. I have no issues with tipping since the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The massage is very relaxing, I always go for the signature tsingtao therapeutic massage (full body). I like how they check up on you to ensure that the pressure is good. I always come out of here feeling so relaxed. All of the massage therapists are great, I've had a lot of different therapists but the quality of their work is all the same. At the end of your massage, they even give you a cup of tea to go. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a massage.
