There were little things missing in the room and the host simply just acknowledged it but did nothing about. Room wasn’t clean. Pillow got plastic inside which is annoying. Paper and towels holder are rusted even though the house is pretty new. Some random indian family was able to open my locked door, luckily i was inside, their kids ran around screaming at 12am and 7am. Towels were super thin and rough. Lacks body wash. Door has cabinet handle instead of normal door handle.

Mit einer solchen tollen Lodge hatte ich nicht gerechnet .. hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Gute Anfahrtsbeschreibung, guter Checkin ohne Personal, riesige Zimmer, große Küche, 2 Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und komplett ausgestattetem Badezimmer. Stabiles, permant verfügbares und kostenfreies WLAN, alle Räumen konnten genutzt werden und waren super bequem und richtig toll eingerichtet. Ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente .. ich habe noch nie für einen solchen fairen Preis in einer solch tollen Lodge gewohnt.

No AC in room. Extremely hot and uncomfortable. Could not sleep. Only AC in common areas. Black hair on towels and they didn't smell clean. Bedding and pillow cases had a faint smell of dirty socks. Not what you want to lay your head down on. They need more industrial washer and dryers and/or new bedding. Overall, wish we'd just spent more money to stay in a cleaner hotel with AC. Unfortunate, but true. Nothing that can't be fixed for future guests, but was not impressed with this property.

This was our second time staying at the Lodge. Great place if your quiet, as the walls are paper thin. Almost like an Air B&B but no control of the heat or cooling. $10 Uber to the skytrain, then the city is at your fingertips. We will definitely stay again at this location.

I recently stayed there for a couple of nights, and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The room was far from clean, with visible dirt and dust, and the bathroom was not properly sanitized. It’s clear that housekeeping standards are severely lacking. I would give zero stars for cleanliness. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues.

Room was clean and comfortable. No issues with noise as my room was soundproof and private. Wi-fi worked well and the host was accessible and accomodating.
