This was an excellent place to stay during my visit for the Emperors Challenge race. The room was large, with a large comfortable bed, nice bathroom & shower, mostly renovated and super clean. The staff were welcoming and kind. My rate included a HOT breakfast, which was homestyle and very tasty. I requested that it be ready for 6am, and it was delivered to my table on time. They even gave my friend a free cup of coffee when she dropped in to visit.
I stopped back after the race for lunch. The food & restaurant are especially good. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location in the centre of town, right next to the visitor centre. Rooms are clean and tidy, beds are great, rooms were warm. Maybe could use some thicker towels but other than that had a great stay, would be back again.

Charming little hotel in a secret gem of a town. We spontaneously road-tripped our way to Tumbler Ridge over the weekend and were awed by the scenery and ambience. Tumbler Ridge has a small-town touristy feel, yet was very quiet and rather vacant. The Tumbler Ridge Inn has decently priced hotel rooms and accommodated our two dogs. Our room had everything we needed, and everything worked. The room did stink quite a bit like cigarette smoke, but it was the only setback we experienced.
We received two vouchers for free breakfast at the restaurant on site and we ate both dinner and breakfast there. Both times the service and food were exceptional. Hot drinks are served in mugs with cute designs, often speaking to the human love for animals, which we thought was a nice touch. We loved, loved, loved the view of the mountains and the clouds that seem like you can nearly touch them that can be enjoyed right from the restaurant's front window.
We'd stay here again and eat at their on-site restaurant again!

We came to Tumbler Ridge this weekend ( first time 😍🫶🏻) for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Will stay there again next time we visit Tumbler. Highly recommend them.🤩

Stayed for 3 nights. It suited our needs despite being an older hotel. Yes, more outlets for electronics would have been nice, but we managed. It was clean and tidy. The only major comment I would make has to do with the stairs leading up to the second level of rooms. The stairs were a bit tricky to navigate as the cement steps were uneven and potentially dangerous - definitely showing its age. It was nice to have breakfast included in the price.

Most amazing hotel I've been to. The manager, Michelle was so kind when booking
1. She was able to get us a room for 5 people on a really good deal with a full kitchenette
2. The rooms are actually nice, despite the outside appears, it's really nice on the inside
3. Most importantly, the FREE breakfast! It is actually so much food, they don't slack on the food and don't have the processed eggs, it's an all around amazing deal. You sit at a table like a restaurant and be served so quickly.

All around, I'm definitely coming back

I have a bit of a penchant for old motels with character and this one fits the bill. Ya know, wallpaper and Berber rug via 1990. This would be a $50 motel room anywhere else, but because you're in Tumbler Ridge miles away from any metropolis, it's was $135 all in (includes a bacon and egg and coffee full brekky tho! Con: frozen hashbrowns). The $89.50 advertised rate is for a weekly stay. The window locked, the TV worked and the sheets seemed clean on a comfy bed:) The front desk manager was very friendly. |This motel is dated but I find that charming; however there were some burn holes in the secondary sheet, and the cushioned armchair looked fairly gungy. Bathroom had some dings but seemed clean. Other than that things were ok, lots of steaming hot water after a full days hiking and clean towels. A microwave, coffee and a fridge were included inside the room.|I paid $175 all in at the Trend Hotel which also had a really good continental spread included with an executive room ambience. So for $40 more...
