Worst customer service ever! I waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich, and it arrived burnt and tasted bad. When I complained, the staff and owner were rude and defensive instead of apologizing. The owner argued it wasn’t burnt, just "grilled more on one side." They didn’t greet me kindly like other customers either. Won’t be returning! Saw similar complaints online. Won’t be coming back! Highly not recommend at all 👎👎

What can I say! The Store Owner, Saurin and every staff were amazing - Super Friendly/Nice- Very helpful!
Ice Cream are very good! Nice and freshly made, even the toppings and the best part are the Bubble Tea - nice and sweet, also the Samosa!Wow!

Lots of options to choose! Feel free to asks the staff for anything, they will definitely help you!

Very pricey for frozen yogurt, The male staff possibly the owner seemed a bit annoyed I did not leave a tip. The prices were higher than Menchies and this was my first time trying this place out.

I would not go here again, Selections on frozen ice cream are limited to 4 to 6 varieties. The milkshake was okay, DQ would have made it better for less price.

They're super pushy. Like SUPER PUSHY. They asked me and my fiance about 5 times if we're ready withing 5 minutes. Then when we realized it was a bit pricy and said to take the milkshake off he called us back and said it's already made and that we had to pay for it. Not to mention charged us separately after that too. AND THE MILKSHAKE WASNT EVEN BLENDED

The product is good, however, the service could be improved. My child told me she wanted ice cream (she’s four) and in the time it took for the machine to be ready (she walked to the back and didn’t come back until the machine was ready which was about 5 minutes) to make her rolled ice cream she changed her mind when she saw her older brother get frozen yogurt from the machine. She kept trying to talk me into the rolled ice cream to which I was very nice and explained that my child changed her mind (which is a given as she’s a child) and she was rude and expressed annoyance for it. After that, I didn’t feel comfortable eating in the shop so we sat in the food court and ate our yogurt.

Good products, but they need to understanding that sometimes kids change their mind, and maybe they should have their machine ready and prepped for customers.
