Wow! I just had my first experience there, and it was absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure what I wanted, but the lady who helped me—wish I had caught her name—was fantastic! She was super friendly and showed me some beautiful nail designs that she thought I would love. She really helped me figure out which colours would look great together. I can't wait to go back! Thank you for such an awesome experience!"

This place was amazing with Lilly, however when she left it went down hill. My friend and I had to go so booked it in and when we got there realized it was under new management and a new name, and we will always come back! They are incredible at what they do, we are so happy to have found a place to go in Airdrie that can do designs properly and have quality nails. Highly recommend giving them a shot since the new management, you won’t regret it!

I went in with my sister as a walk in and everyone right away was super welcoming and lovely. Made us feel at home, great conversations, and amazing nail art! We have found a new place! Now to try their head spa!

I have been going here for over a year seeing Lilly and was always so happy. Lilly no longer works there and I decided to still give it a go. The first time I went they said I didn’t have an appt (I called a week in advance) then the lady talked on her phone the entire time. This time I went I got the same girl.. she kept stopping my nails to text on her phone. Then when I pointed out this nail mistake she told me “matte doesn’t last as long” then I get ready for a pedicure, she starts the water tells me to wait for the other lady to get there, then leaves to go do someone else’s nails. Then leaves the water running and it’s overflowing I had to call her back. I sat with my feet in burning hot water for 15 minutes before I just got up and paid to leave without getting my pedicure. I will never go back.

So happy I found my new spa! Today was my second visit to Urban Nails and Spa, I got a deluxe pedicure and nail fill. Both were incredible!
Tons of colour options, clean facilities, and the most talented friendliest staff who truly have an attention to detail!

I use to recommend this location to everyone that complimented me on my nails, my girl always did a good job and was so friendly. Recently showed up for a gel fill to find out it’s under new management and wouldn’t honour the company’s stamp card for a gel fill, only for a pedicure. I didn’t earn those stamps getting pedicures and hate people touching my feet. I left if you can’t show me good customer service on my first visit then I’m not interested in giving you money every 3 to 4 weeks. Hopefully I can find my regular girl at the other CA location.
