Booked a hydro facial here and had an amazing experience! Natasha was wonderful and explained everything very thoroughly, and answered all my skincare questions during the session. Lena took me through my skin health scan afterwards and provided great advice, and was very professional. Would highly recommend!

I visited them twice. The first time was fine, but the second time they didn’t confirm my appointment, tried to reschedule me, and pushed in someone who didn’t even arrive before me. I booked at a discounted price, and their system accepted it, but they tried to charge me the full amount. They sent me a link to a website that was supposed to show the updated price for the second appointment, but the link wouldn’t open, and my browser flagged it as unsafe. As a customer, I don’t care what’s wrong with your system as long as it doesn’t affect me. I would rate them 0 if I could. Worst service in Calgary. No complaints about the specialists—they do great work. All the issues are with the reception.

Я регистрировался по скидочной цене и их система меня пропустила, но они хотели стянуть полную сумму. Прислали мне ссылку на сайт, который должен был показать изменённую цену на второй приём, но он не открывается и браузер его видит как опасную ссылку. Мне как клиенту вообще всё равно, что не так с вашей системой, пока это не касается меня лично. Поставил бы 0. Худший сервис в Калгари. К мастерам вопросов нет. Они делают отличную работу. Вопросы только к ресепшн.

The small massage that was included in my package was simply unforgettable. I was in heaven, The salon is very spacious, very clean, very nicely decorated.
