I went to see Amy! I am so imcredibly happy with my nails I received. Amy is amazing at designs. I was amazed that she hand painted this snowflake for my Christmas nails. I love how clean she made my cuticules & how she took her time. I love how clean she made my nails look and how she made sure the acrylic was right to my cuticle. Thank you V-NAILS I will always recommend your salon to everyone. Your pedicures are also the best in town! Fresh oranges rubbed on your legs, putting your feet in jelly, steam, you guys are just amazing. I am so happy your guys business exists. I will be back!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and always received amazing service and gorgeous nails, but this last set I got was terrible. I got them 20 days ago as of today, and I understand that is normally the time to go in for a refill, but my nails grow very slowly and there is genuinely no room to fill at all, so a refill would be a waste of money. A week after I got the set, I had a nail break right across and start bleeding. I went in and they fixed it no issue. Since then, every single nail, including the one that was fixed, has broken at the edges and was in danger of breaking fully across my actual nail. Today I had another nail break fully across and start bleeding heavily at work, so I cut off the rest and decided to come in and ask for a refund. I was explained to (over FaceTime, as the owner was not in) that 20 days is normally the time to come in for a refill and that they will not be doing a refund. I said I understood, but also said that there is no room to refill and that is why I had not booked an appointment yet. I do not have a very hard job, I work at a clothing store. There is no reason why my nails should be breaking, especially when they have only grown out about 5/10%. I used to recommend this place to everybody but I will not be doing so anymore.

Absolutely love my nails, I feel there very reasonably priced and the artists are all very kind. It was totally the pick me up I needed! My nail artist was Kayla, she’s super talented!

Was a bit nervous to ask if they were able to do art work since the last 3 visits to other local salons left me very disappointed. Wanted a set for the upcoming Comic Expo and May the Fourth (huge Star Wars fan) and when the tech was finished I was very surprised at the replication of the photo I showed her. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend V-Nails to others. Loved the work, the price and the very friendly staff. 👍🏼👍🏼

Usually you guys are so good. But this last time, the girl used the wrong green color and couldn't understand when I asked her to change it. I don't like it. Every other color is nice (minus all the dust I can see and feel under almost every nail), but I hate the green. Also, I had an appointment booked for yesterday and a birthday code I was going to use (which was expiring yesterday, but it was the only day I could come), but you guys had to close due to the fire which isn't your fault, but they refused to honor my coupon. I understand it was expired, but I HAD my appointment booked yesterday when it was good and it's not my fault I couldn't come. Very disappointed.
