Super cute cafe! I enjoyed a *delicious* peppermint hot chocolate (seriously, I don’t understand how it was so delicious!) and a panini with added prosciutto. The sandwich was toasted perfectly and delicious but very thin — much more of a snack size than a meal size (which was perfectly fine with me but others might be disappointed with the size). Love the vibe, atmosphere, and music selection. Would love to spend more time here.

I’ve been here twice and while the atmosphere is lovely, the coffee is inconsistent and the food is disappointing.

The first time I was here, I ordered a cappuccino and a bagel. The bagel was barely toasted and had clumps of partially melted butter on it. However, the cappuccino was lovely.

Second time I went there was just for a cappuccino which took a long time to get there but that’s fine. However, it was actually gross. It tasted like the milk was off or scalded and the espresso tasted like it had actually been burnt.

The atmosphere is really nice but there’s better coffee in the area

a new find for me! i love the vibe in this store so much space and very lowkey. Their lattes and matcha are one of the best in the city. The service is also amazing, he always goes above and beyond. it's a new cafe added to my fave spots in the city. would def recommend 🙂

beautiful space with so many reading spots, we spent an afternoon catching up on some work on saturday feb 8th and the barista was so sweet and provided great service despite her running solo and the cafe being quite busy the ube matcha was absolutely amazing!!!! definitely one of the best matchas ive had in the city thus far 🙂

I was ready to give this place one star after ordering my coffee. The server, instead of making my to-go order, went on to take orders from a large group seated inside. About 10 minutes later, he started making mine while still handling other orders, which might explain why it wasn’t made as I requested (regular milk was added instead of lactose-free option, and I only knew because I saw him do it).

Very tiny to go cups. Much smaller than portion served inside.

However, the coffee tasted amazing. I've been searching for anything that captures the flavor of coffee in Paris, and this is the closest I’ve found in Winnipeg. So, I’ll give it another chance. Even though coffee is pretty pricey here. 😅

As much as I love the Interior of this place, the matcha is so disappointing. I ordered
an iced matcha latte; it just tastes like MILK and the matcha flavor is not strong enough. I like my glass of iced matcha to be dark green but it’s so light 😫

I used to love this coffee shop so much, but a year ago, they started constantly changing baristas, and the quality of the drinks dropped significantly. At first, I didn’t want to leave a review, but after they made me a flat white twice in a huge latte cup (!!!), I decided to give it another chance. On my third visit, the barista, who was quite large in build, messed up and served me coffee with spoiled soy milk.

Then, another barista, more athletic in build, served me a flat white three times in what can only be described as a soup bowl, and the taste wasn’t any better than Tim Hortons.

After some time, I decided to give this place yet another chance, and this time I was served a flat white in what looked like melting potware. Just look at this! (The first photo is now, and the second is from a year ago).

PLEASE send your baristas to proper barista training! I’m only giving this place a like for its atmosphere, which is a solid 10/10!
