En réservant à l'avance j'ai eu un bon prix pour la région en cette saison. Le rapport qualité prix était donc bon.
Petit déjeuner excellent avec œufs, pommes de terre, haricots, un choix de viande, gaufres etc...
Le wifi était excellent et la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée : réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, bon lit et bonne douche.
J'ai également pu m'enregistrer 1h avant l'heure prévue du check in.

Déçus par cet hôtel Quality Inn and suites de Hinton. D'une part, parce qu'à notre arrivée nous avions constaté que dans la chambre qu'on nous avait allouée il y avait l'emplacement de 2 lits mais un des deux avait été retiré sans redéplacer l'autre au centre de la pièce, qu'il s'agissait d'un lit étroit, que j'ai demandé à changer mais on m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible et ,d'autre part, par le fait que le staff ne nous a fait aucune remarque pour notre départ prématuré. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel, car nous étions satisfaits des hôtels de cette enseigne où nous avions logé aux Etats-Unis

Il y avait beaucoup de problemes avec mon reservation- c'est la faute d'expedia. Mais, l'hotel avait ajoute au problemes. Old Ont laisser notre chambre sal un nuit (de trois), ils ont debarre notre porte et le laisser ouvert pendant toute une journee. En plus, la hot tub ne marchais pas, mais il y avait pas de note pour aviser les clients.

I stay here quite a bit. Every time I want to use the hottub they tell me it's under maintenance. It would be nice if the hottub or pool were able to be used. Also I have to go to the front desk for an additional key to use the workout facility, I wish I could just use the key to my room for the gym. Also the shower in the room is never hot just Luke warm. Definitely not my first choice when I stay in Hinton.

Exceptional service, we were greeted and assisted very kindly at the front desk! The complimentary breakfast was more than enough and one of the best I’ve come across. We had 3 rooms and they accommodated us seamlessly! The gym and pool area were great as well along with the big, clean hotel rooms. The restaurant beside it was a huge bonus.

Will definitely be staying her again and recommend to anyone!
